I booked this private transfer from Tuan Chau marina to Noi Bai airport the day before. I was promptly contacted by they company to confirm pickup time and location. I was provided with a picture of the exact vehicle as well as the driver's contact. I was coming off a Halong Bay cruise and not satisfied with the options provided by the cruise company. After a bit of searching, this private transfer was more competitively priced and with a reasonable timeframe. The driver got to the pickup early, just as I came of the shuttle boat. So I was able to immediately load up and go without waiting. The drive to Noi Bai airport, while long, was comfortable and safe. I had plenty of time to go enjoy the city a bit after storing my luggage at the airport. I definitely recommend this private transfer.

Driver was on phone for about 25 percent of ride was distracting, he drove fast so back seat got a lot of bumps he made the 2 and 1 half hour drive in 2 hours 10 The good he was on time communicated well his car was clean and had good air conditioning. He also provided water. I would probably would use another service next time
