Upon booking, Charles was responsive and helpful in providing suggestions for our tour. On the day, the rice terrace tour was very enjoyable and our guide, Audrey was a very kind and friendly guide. She accommodated our requirements and was very helpful understanding when my baby vomited during the car ride back. Overall, I would recommend the team!

We booked an English speaking driver to enable us to make the most of our time in Guilin. Our driver was Peter and he helped us to explore areas a little outside of the city, that would have been challenging to reach on our own. We visited Yaoshan mountain, Daxu ancient town and Reid Flute Cave. His advice on the order that we should visit these places was spot on! We were amongst the first visitors at Yaoshan, so we almost had the place to ourselves - by the time we left, it was full of tour groups. We seemed to avoid the crowds throughout the day. Pete helped us book tickets and generally smoothed the way - removing the stress of navigating booking systems that are mostly in Mandarin. At lunch he took us to a local’s cafe serving some of the best noodle dishes I have ever had. We would never have tried such a place on our own.
Was it worthwhile? Absolutely !The service from start to finish was excellent. Our booking was acknowledged within minutes and we were kept updated throughout. Peter was incredibly helpful, a safe driver and his English was clearly understandable. We would definitely use again.

This tour was so good! I booked this service for my friends and I (6 people), aiming to go to Longji Rice Fields. The communication was super easy and efficient through WhatsApp, and as we were a larger group they accommodated with a larger car (very comfortable with aircon) and a tour guide, Jenny, who were with us throughout the journey. Originally we didn't even expect a tour guide as we thought we would just go and explore the rice fields ourselves, but we were sooooo happy that Jenny was there with us. Not only was she super helpful finding the best spots to see and how to navigate around, where to eat etc, she was also just so so nice and cheerful, and made the whole journey super special. I cannot imagine ever enjoying this trip as much without her, she really was the joy of the trip, and she also provided us with a lot of useful information about the area, local people and the food etc. Our driver was also very good and respectful. They picked us up and dropped us wherever we asked them to. Overall, absolutely an amazing experience, heavily recommended!!

Amazing tour 😉 Pito very good driver, we had bamboo boat trip, climb up to Xiang gong hill, visit to Yangshuo, Fuli town and then to the moon in the mountain! Very professional and highly recommended!

The two days with this tour was an incredible experience. There are many places to visit around Guilin and our driver and guide, Peter, did a great job. He was very helpful, and all my family enjoyed our time with him. 100% recommended. In Guilin just a few people speak English, so an English speaker guide is a great idea even for independent travelers!

Charles sent me a whatsapp message almost immediately after booking with Viator/Tripadvisor, and was always quick to respond. Shi sifu our driver was great - we didn't have a set plan in mind and he gave us some suggestions, gave us great info on the area - it was just the right amount for us who wanted some local knowledge and info but not a full fledged tour. The car was comfortable and we had a great day in Yangshuo!

Forest took me everywhere! I got to see the entire Guilin area even some out of the way places. He spent 11 hours showing me around and came back the next day to rake me to the railway station. What a wonderful experience!
