It's as scam, don't book the Viator boat tour

we paid for the upper deck VIP pana view lounge what we got was the lower deck back bench seat with 5 others. Disgusting, and we left the boat before it started with the tour organizer giving most of our money back.

Dear customer, Thank you for your review. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, we were unable to book the VIP tickets for you. I discussed this with you and mentioned that if we could get lower seats, that would be acceptable, to which you agreed. We understand that you didn't enjoy the lower seats on the boat and requested to return to the hotel after just 5 minutes. We took you back, which resulted in a loss for us on the boat tickets. However, we did process a full refund and provided the necessary photos for your reference.
