This was my first time booking. I was looking fwd to parasailing. I was in San Juan Puerto Rico ans this excursion popped up so I booked it. It even says san Juan parasailing on the cover. But after I booked it and clicked on location it showed up as grand canari island which I am no where near. 7 days later and I'm still waiting on a refund

You must have confused it or perhaps misinterpreted your internet search. However, we have kindly responded to you and confirmed whether you were really booking with us since many residents in the United States always confuse Puerto Rico with our location. As soon as you open our website, there is a place that shows where we are located. There is no doubt that we are a company belonging to Spain in the Canary Islands, not in the Caribbean.
