Amazing trip and something I would recommend if you’re thinking about doing it. Miguel was full of energy and knowledge which added to the overall experience. We enjoyed some stunning scenery and learnt a lot. If we had more time here we would go again!

Canyoning was absolutely amazing, such a great activity! Miguel is genuinely one of the best outdoor guides I've met: full of genuine passion for what he does and love to all things outdoors! The pics taken on the day by Miguel are surreal! The pics were super important to me to remember the moments of the trip. During the activity, there were quite a few sheer drops with quite a bit of height that we needed to abseil. I panicked at one spot which was very high as I'm battling fear of heights. However, only thanks to Miguel and his calm, professional and friendly patience, I managed to conquer the fear of the moment and completed that abseil. Pics were important reminder of this for me. Administrationally, if I can give one suggestion / criticism: please let customers know that pics will be shared in 1-2 weeks after the tour and also, despite being busy which I'm sure you are, do respond to customers messages otherwise they will feel ignored.

Had a great time on this trip and even got everyone singing happy birthday at the end! But please wear proper shoes, I went with my All Stars and got a few bruises so be careful! The team was great and attentive though!

The activity was confirmed, we waited for the pick up in the morning but no one came. We sent messages via viator, via emails, we called several time but no one responded. The activity was supposed to happen 2 days ago but still no message from the company. We selected another activity with viator in a hurry. Do not loose you time with this company, not professional at all.

A fun activity - Miguel was great, made us all laugh a lot but also made us all feel safe and carefully explained each step.
We just felt that there wasn’t as much time in the canyon as we’d have liked, and when we got to the meeting point we then had to drive our own car another 20 minutes as there wasn’t space in the minibus for us.
“Picnic” description is misleading - we just got a small water each and nuts to share between the group.
Also quite a lot of the wetsuits had holes in them.
But overall would recommend, and loved the photos we got sent afterwards (free).

Can’t put into words how happy we are to have done this.
Extremely well organized.
Miguel was absolutely brilliant in his role. Safe slow fast polite and very trustworthy. Explains everything.
You need to be able to move around to enjoy it to the fullest. You go down, very nice and green and then you hike back up. We did the steep climb and it was absolutely stunning.
We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a safe adventure!

Miguel was a brilliant instructor and kept it fun on the canyoning he did really well moving such a big group on his own at a good pace just a shame it was very dry time of year and not much water which could not be helped abseiling down the waterfall was great fun

Due to the warm weather, dry land and to prevent Forrest fire the Canyoning was not allowed by government. Instead the team took us coastering. This was a great experience and really fun to do!

Check your pick up time if you get a welcome message as it’s not always the same as on the ticket. We missed ours but Migel rebooked us for later in the week which was appreciated. Experience was really enjoyed by my two sons as there’s lots of scrambling and climbing as well as the abseiling etc. Highly recommended.

I can't rate this trip highly enough. Miguel was great fun, he clearly enjoys his job and was very knowledgeable about the canyon flora and fauna. Our safety equipment was in good condition and Miguel is a very competent instructor.
I won't give too much away so as not to spoil it but this was a fun, exciting and different activity that included 5 abseils as you follow a stream down the canyon. Obviously you have to climb back up again which involves a hike with quite steep sections so you do need a degree of fitness. I'm in my 50's, not at my fittest and the hike challenged me but was manageable. Ideally you need an old pair of trainers too!
Perfect family outing, kids will love and remember it!

Der Reiseleiter war sehr freundlich und die Tour war sehr schön.
Leider werden keine Schuhe, wie eigentlich beschrieben, gestellt und somit wurden unsere turnschuhe komplett nass. War aber nicht weiter schlimm. Ein punkt abzug weil leider ein Teil der Tour für uns unzugänglich war, aber der Preis natürlich gleich blieb.
Trotzdem eine absolute empfehlung!
