Everywhere in Turkiye is just full of history, culture ..and add up with lovely people and food. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience.. be aware you need to wake up crazy hrs like 3 am !!

Our tour ended up cancelled due to weather - which isn’t the tour groups fault. I can’t say much about how the balloon ride would’ve been but I was very disappointed with the communication. We messaged them the day before through viator and on WhatsApp with no response. The balloons leave at 5:30am and all we saw on the site was that the time was 5:30 and the pickup point was our hotel, but there was no info on when they’d come get us (& no response when I asked). Finally after we had slept they messaged us at 11:30 saying it was cancelled. I then messaged to ask if we could reschedule - this was followed again by no response and then an email soon after showing they cancelled it. I should be getting my refund soon but disappointed with the lack of communication.
By comparison, we rescheduled with another group and got an email early afternoon the day before our tour telling us our pickup time was 4:20am.

The ride got cancelled without any prior or post infomation.i tried calling them but there is no response whatsoever. I want my money back or do the ride tomorrow without any additional charges.
This is very frustrating and the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Kindly do the needful as i am a tourist and i will make sure that if nothing is done about this , i will sue Viator for this scam.

Great experience. Better than paying some crazy amounts that other operators charge. They didn't have champagne or food - but that's not what we wanted anyways.

I had such an amazing time, This was a mind blowing experience that i recommend to anyone. Thank god we were able to fly cause the pilot said if the winds & weathers conditions are bad we couldn’t fly. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience

Flying over the chimney and other natural structures.
It appears other balloons were flying much higher than ours which seemed like we were shortchanged so disappointed in that regards. Also, the flight lasted only about 50 mins so not quite an hour.

Very well organized Ballon ride. Hotel pick up and drop off was on time. Breathtaking views of Cappadocia from the air. A mesmerizing experience indeed. Loved the Champagne ceremony at the end of the ride. Strongly recommended.

The experience surrounded by 100+ other hot air balloons was truly magical. However, we didn’t really receive the champagne as advertised, only sparkling cider was served. .

The balloon ride itself was fabulous, we got to see some beautiful views, and the pilots were pleasant.
Pros: The views of all the balloons taking off was incredible, and our balloon felt safe and all the employees felt very competent. And the champagne at the end of the ride was fun! The car picking us up was on time and the breakfast was simple by fine.
Cons: The balloons are on a rotating schedule for takeoffs and our day this balloon was in the last group to launch so we were just barely up in time for sunrise. While we would have loved to be earlier, that’s not something you can control when booking. Also, we stood around for a while when we arrived at the site without any clear directions or explanations. The “Safety briefing” was a one sided card and then an explanation for how to brace yourself when we landed, which was sufficient if a little sparse.

Awesome trip with great views over the valleys. Would maybe have liked to take off a bit earlier as we didn’t get into the air technically until after sunrise. Offered champagne at the end on the booking & was given juice. Overall a very safe flight and would definitely choose again. Views are incredible!

This is an amazing experience for young and old. We went as a family with grandparents and kids. It was smooth flight and landing. Got picked up at hotel around 4am and were back before 7am in time for breakfast. The 1-hour trip was better than the two hour as you don’t need that much time and the others stay low for a long time and don’t experience sunset the same.
