Great overview of the city. Our guide was willing to go more in depth on areas or topics if we wanted to but we were happy with the general overview because we were only in town for a little while. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly and really enjoyed showing us around.

Worst tour we have ever taken and we have travelled the world for 55 years. The guide was very nice and he tried his best but Tobias is German, not Scott. While his accent was understandable most of the time, it made the conversation somewhat difficult at times. The real problem is he knew nothing of Scottish history, including the industrial history of Glasgow and feudal Scotland, which was the sole reason for taking the tour. We wasted 6 hours and a lot of money and came away with not one interesting historical fact. If I wanted to learn more about the Hapsburg empire, I would have gone to Austria. I haven’t sent my review to Trip Advisor yet but I am giving you a heads-up.

Unfortunately the tour was very disappointing. We had booked a private tour by a local, highlighting hidden gems of Glasgow. Our guide was very nice but she had absolutely no knowledge of the city, its history and certainly not any hidden gems. All questions asked were met with responses of “I don’t know” or vague answers that had no relevance. It was a bad experience and we learned nothing. It was a waste of money.

Was not sure what to expect. Guide contacted to get a little background about us. She chose all of the "right' locations. We had a great collection of discussions about her background (PhD in Marine Biology) and how it relates to her current life in Scotland. Locations were just what we wanted to see. Not just the tourist spots. Everyone should try a tour of this type.

Our tour guide could not answer most questions about Glasgow. We were told a few cute stories and she was a lovely person but it was not worth the money we spent. Our time in Glasgow was quite brief and we planned a private tour as a way to see the city in our limited time. It was quite a disappointment.

Anna is a knowledgeable and friendly guide through Glasgow. We got a great overview of the city’s iconic sites and history. Walking almost non-stop for 5 hours, however, may be a bit much for some. If so, consider a shorter tour with Anna.

We had a very nice walking tour with Anna as our guide. She asked if we had any special requests or limitations the day before our tour. We saw many historic buildings and learned some interesting facts about the city. The St. Mungo Cathedral and nearby cemetery were the highlights of the tour.

Our tour guide did not show up so I emailed. He still did not show up and I called on the phone. He said he had an emergency and would be there in an hour….that would have been more than 1/3 of our tour time. I am still waiting for my refund.

We had a lovely day with Kasia. She met us promptly at our hotel and we walked seeing all of the Glasgow sites, not realizing we had covered 10 miles of walking. Lots of great photos of both sites we wanted to see and special local favorites she wanted to share. Highly recommend.

Spoilt our first visit to Glasgow, as our guide had to keep looking on the internet to answer simple questions about Glasgow, something you would not expect a local to do.
Walked for 30 minutes to cathedral in the rain, to find it fully booked, she should have done her research and found out that she to to book a slot.
Very disappointed , gave up 3 hours into 5 hour tour and continued on our own, which was much better. We paid a lot of money for the tour and feel ripped off. Will never use this service again
I had sent a detail email explaining what we like to see.

Anna you as our guide, and was excellent. We really had no agenda, which was nice. We strolled to the Cathedral and up to the top of the Necropolis, then through city center and finally a nice lunch a Waxy O’Connors. Anna’s love of and passion for Glasgow was very evident. There was not a lot of “facts” given, but rather a very nice stroll about town as if she was happy to show off her city.
