Itinerary
Begin with 9am pickup at your Cairo or Giza accommodations, then make the 1-hour trip to Dahshur in an air-conditioned minivan that’s Wi-Fi equipped. Upon arrival at the site, visit the Bent Pyramid, which towers 340 feet (104 meters) above the surrounding sand. This is the perfect place to imagine the pyramids as they once stood, as the Bent Pyramid is the only pyramid in Egypt that retains much of its polished, limestone cladding.
Continue to the Red Pyramid, whose original white limestone has worn away to reveal stones that glow red in the desert sunlight. Adventurous visitors can channel early archeologists and descend into Sneferu’s burial chamber: a narrow, 4-foot (1.2-meter) tall tunnel leads to the vaulted room (not suitable for those with asthma or claustrophobia).
Make the final stop of the day at Dahshur’s mortuary temple to find out how bodies were prepared for mummification, then see the pyramidions, decorative caps thought to have topped the pyramids when they were first constructed. This tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel at roughly 1pm.

My guide Fatma was incredible. She was charming, engaging, knowledgeable, and very sweet. We had a fantastic connection and both enjoyed each other's company. The climb into the Red Pyramid was a bit of a challenge for me and Fatma waited patiently giving me all the time I needed. She is very passionate about her Egypt and that passion showed. Fantastic tour. The best!

Once again my tour guide was Michael what a great day he provided me with his knowledge and explanation of things was brilliant.
I have a bad back and he was great about taking his time so I didn't miss a thing.
Thank you Michael for a wonderful day and also emailing me the photo's you took many thanks
