El guía de 10 (Samir): nos vino a buscar al hotel en una furgoneta casi de lujo con aire acondicionado y agua fresca, super amable en todo momento y nos lo explicó todo de forma muy didáctica. Se estropeó cuando nos cobró 20 dólares mas por recogida en hotel del aeropuerto (cuando reservé el tour no decía nada de este suplemento) y al final del tour nos dijo que iríamos a tomar algo y nos vimos en una encerrona donde prácticamente nos vimos obligados a comprar (40 dólares por un perfume) para salir de aquel sitio para evitar que se violentara la situación. Al salir de allí nos quería llevar a otro sitio a lo que nos negamos. El traslado final al hotel lo hicimos sólo con el conductor. La sensación final no fue buena.

Thank you dear client for your review and we are sorry that your experience with us didn’t reach to you expectations, we appreciate that you mentioned the transportation was modern and clean, bottled water were provided and the guide you had was very good but you didn’t mention that we texted you a week before the tour started and informed you that your hotel is inside the airport area and that’s extra charge for transportation because of the distance and also the airport tolls we pay twice for picking up and dropping off and you agreed that’s why I don’t understand how come you are complaining about it, we charged 5$ per person, 20$ Total for 4 people we also wanted you to have the best experience by providing Spanish speaking tour guide when you mentioned 2 people of your group don’t speak English despite you booked the tour in English and there was no extra charge. Regarding to shopping after you had a great tour as you mentioned it was an offer from the guide to get to know more about the oils and to get a welcome drink if you were not interested you simply could say it and that will be it. Although we will consider your notes and hope to see you again in Egypt.
