Abdul was incredibly knowledgeable about archaeology and shared exciting stories about the pyramids. He kindly accommodated our request for a camel ride and managed to show us all the key spots around the pyramids within our limited time. We truly appreciated his guidance and enthusiasm.

La guida seppur gentile, non ci ha fornito nessuna informazione sul sito archeologico, anzi alcune delle informazioni si sono rivelate completamenre sbagliate. Ci ha spinto ad aggiungere esperienza in cammello che in realtà si è rivelata una mini passeggiata di 5 minuti solo per fare foto sul cammello. Oltre a pagare €20 (che alla fine ha cercato di trasformare in 25) a testa abbiamo dovuto lasciare €5 al cammelliere. Il tour è finito con visita a due negozi dove ti prendono d’assalto e dove l’intento è solo quello di vendere papiri e bracciali. In sostanza se cercate un taxi che vi faccia due foto che vi porti a fare shopping è la soluzione perfetta, se cercate una guida per conoscere la storia delle piramidi, meglio cercare un’altra guida.
