Worst Viator experience ever! Fraud!

Avoid this company Egypt Gold! We were picked up 45min later than scheduled, the guide had no clue about the places and when we asked her questions, she asked the local people to obtain an answer. She constantly lied at us, e.g. about what would be on the schedule and what not and ignored when we showed her the tour details we booked. So we had to do things on our own. Instead of bringing us to the announced restaurant or one of equal quality, we were forced to go to the worst tourist canteen (the manager said on the phone: either we accept to go there or they drive us back to the hotel without lunch and without the afternoon programme, i.e. Moez Street). After lunch, they told us that they now cancel afternoon programme as it had taken to long, although we had booked the full-day tour. We insisted that they should at least bring us there. Otherwise we would not leave the car. Finally they dropped us off outside Moez Street. We had several phone calls with the 2 managers of Egypt Gold who were just calling us "problematic guests" via WhatsApp, when we insisted on the programme we booked. It was a nightmare with Egypt Gold!

Big con! Several days before the activity I asked the claimant via the Viator app if he confirmed that he had a French-speaking guide. He never answered. Being too busy with various obligations I was not suspicious. I sent it to customer service if they guaranteed the information provided during the booking, namely the presence of a French speaking guide. The customer service confirmed me. Then, when my card was charged, less than 24 hours before the activity, the claimant sent me a message on my personal whatsApp informing me that he did not have a French-speaking guide. Then nothing, he did not answer my messages, nor did he show up at the hotel at the start time of the activity. I got in touch for 2 hours before the start of the activity with the customer service who did not cancel the trip and did not refund me at present. I'm waiting for them to come back. I am really amazed by the customer service management at Viator. As soon as the provider does not respect the customer in this way, they should automatically refund and exclude this provider from their database. In any case, the claimant did not reply to my messages except to inform me that he did not have a Francophone guide and did not show up at the appointment time. So I won’t let go until I get a full refund.
