So please let us know your hotel name or private stay location for pick up. Just send us your location and we will be there on time. For pick up from Cairo airport / New Cairo / Heliopolis / New Giza / 6th of October City there will be an extra charge for the transfers for those far distances so please let us know your location and we will send you more information on the additional cost for pick up and drop off both ways.

Thoroughly enjoyable tour with Sophia! She is an Egyptologist and tour guide, and her enthusiasm and knowledge of Egyptian history that she shared with us made this day memorable and exciting. The tour was as advertised, and we covered A LOT of ground. Sophia tailored our tour to what we wanted to see and learn about, which was an unexpected treat. Our driver, Mahmoud, was a genuinely nice person and terrific driver. He took routes away from the highways, allowing us to extend our tour into and out of Cairo. The pyramids and Giza are a truly special place for humankind, and Sophia was an amazing guide through this journey in time. Shukran Sophia and Mahmoud!!

Our tour guide was Hossam, and he did a great job explaining the history of each site visited. Communication before and during the tour was excellent. This is the perfect tour for those with limited time in Cairo who want to see as much as possible in a single day.

EVERYTHING was memorable! Zenia is the best tour guide I've ever had. - She's really an Archaeologist and reads ancient hieroglyphs. She's very knowledgeable, welcomes questions and is most attentive. Needless to mention, but it's something that can't be disregarded, the fact that she's a woman was empowering and definitely added to my comfort. We just had a wonderful time! She made sure I captured iconic photographs in each site, Sakkara, Memphis and Giza. In Giza, I almost panicked on the camel ride and I gave her my iphone to hold. She quickly comforted me and handed the phone to the person leading the camel. She said I would get the best pictures on the camel and that it was safe. Camels are trained. On the road, she would point out what certain highlights of the city structure, and of stories of the Nile. She's just great! If you're able to, and you're a solo woman traveler (not exclusive to gender, of course), Zenia is the person to immerse you in the history, culture and other wonders of this beautiful country.

If you are after a convenient tailor-made way to visit the pyramid with the guy who is as knowledgeable as he is helpful, look no more! Mahmoud is a pleasant and thoughtful guide who is always ready to go the extra mile to make sure his clients have the best time. He was in touch in advance via WhatsApp, explaining what to expect from the day with him, and he was always available for inquiries virtually at any time. On the day, he and his wonderful driver arranged the tour in a way that was most suitable for us - he asked what was the best time to pick us up and where we would like to start. It made the most sense to go chronologically so I suggested starting with the most ancient pyramids and we finished the tour visiting the Sphinx. To give an idea of how long the tour takes, we started at 9 am from our hotel in downtown Cairo and by 5 pm we were back in the city. Going on Saturday - and during the pandemic! - definitely helped. We learned a lot about ancient Egypt from him, but the tour wasn't overloaded with facts and names. After the tour, he dropped us off at a location different from our hotel to beat Cairo traffic, which was another nice gesture to help us make our stay in Cairo better.
