Driver was unfriendly and he did not talk much as compared to all my past experiences with Viator. Water was something very basic and when I asked for it, he mentioned that I have to pay myself. I am not sure why as it was included in all my previous trips. At the market, my photo was taken by him without asking for permission...

We had a great day, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and guided us on where we should spend our time. We went to the temple which was colorful and beautiful, and then onto the mud baths where we had a massage after.

A great experience thanks to our driver Manoj. He provided information about Fiji and didn't rush us at each stop. Very safe driver and was very respectful. If anyone is interested in the tour make sure to ask for Manoj

Let's start with the positives:
- The village experience was absolutely wonderful. Insightful. Fun. Eye-opening.
- Botanical Gardens are a must. Great walk and great views.
- Mud bath felt a bit kitch at the beginning but ended up being great.
Negatives: The driver / "guide".
Let's start with - there was absolutely no guiding.
"Come here, come here (with a beautifulhand gesture), look this is a bamboo tree, you know bamboo?"
"This is temple, biggest in south pacific"
"Follow signs to lookout - signs with lookout".
Basically everything he shared, we read online on the advert.
Not to mention, chewing so loudly the entire day (6 hours), driving unsafely, had to tell him twice to slow down...
It's so unfortunate, it felt like he's never been on this tour before, or it's his first day, or the owner's cousin...
Whatever it is, if you want guiding, make sure to ask for a real guide, who's knowledge.
This tour cost 250 usd - obnoxiously obnoxiously overpriced.
The next day we took a full day tour, 9 hours, private, for 2, with food, amazing service - paid 200usd.

This tour was great, Ravi our driver was excellent and very informative.
He took the time to explain the places and things we visited and saw. Ravi made our excursion a fantastic experience and was very friendly and punctual. Had a great experience with Ravi as our tour guide

Booked an all day private tour. Was picked up as expected but surprsingly was told we would be taken to the temple to wait for our tour guide. After sitting idly in the car for 20 mins, the tour guide turned up in a small bus with a small group. We were told to join that group.
I protested that we had booked a private tour but was initially told we hadn't. Showed the guide my booking stating private tour...I told the guide to ring his boss and tell him that I had booked and paid for a private tour and if I din't get one, I would post this deceit on social media.
Finally after 30 mins, a private tour was hastily organised for us. We saw and visited all the listed venues (including the souvenir shop...at least it had a bathroom I could use) and the guide Reddy was quite good. The village was closed on a Sunday and there was no alternative. Also received a phone call from the owner apologising for the mistake saying it was an office mistake...I wonder?!
Was offered a visit to a supermarket if we needed to buy something but we declined. We also declined a lunch stop as well. The all day tour started at 9am and finished at 245pm including the 20 minute wait at the beginning.
Overall a poor experience and not worth the money paid. Reddy was nice and the first group tour guide, Ali did his best to sort out something that was not his fault.

This tour went ABOVE and beyond! Ali (Shoheb) answered all of our questions and tailored our entire day to our interests. He gave the best suggestions (definitely get the massage at the mudpools!) and helped us to do everything we wanted in Nadi. I'll be recommending this tour and guide to any of my friends who come to Nadi!

Thomas was great. Small group of 4 of us and very pleasant company.
Enjoyed all the tour but stand out was visiting the village of the First Landings where a local villager (Caleb) gave us a tour of village and talked about history, religion, values and culture of the village.
Mud pools were awesome too. Take a towel and thongs as surface between pools was a bit rough/slippery.
Thomas even bought us an icecream at the markets which was refreshing and delicious.

We took this private tour so we can explore Nadi on our pace. Thomas was on time picking us up at the hotel, and let us explore the city with leisurely pace which was perfect. Very friendly and even got us bananas and pineapples at the market! Great way to see the city

The vehicle had bald tires. We did not think to bring hotel towels with us, need to rent towels for $5 at mud bath. Driver said this was not the best tour. Did not give any narrative about country, customs, etc. Driver was able to find us a lunch place prior to last stop (mud bath) as we were hungry after several hours. Lunch was supposed to be the last stop. I chose Viator as it picked you up at hotel (I used them in New Orleans, and it was fantastic) Fiji was not so great. I liked the stops on the tour, but not the tour operator.

Very good experience from start to finish. Our tour party name was clearly displayed by Manoj at the cruise terminal and our party of 4 was soon on its way. Manor was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our many questions about the island and Nadi. Timing was great and relaxed and we returned to the terminal in plenty of time. Car was a little cramped for 3 adults in the rear but Manoj's driving and the car we up to the variety of road surfaces we encountered. We would recommend Xplore Fiji Transfers and Tours and we thank Manoj for a very enjoyable experience.

We lived our tour of Nadi. Having flown in the night before and having no car or idea about the town, this was a good way to get the lay of the land. Thomas was an excellent guide and knew a lot and answered all of our questions.

Thomas is amazing guide. Took us to all the places we wanted to go, safely. Very patient and entertaining. Loved hearing his heartfelt stories about his love for his Fijian culture. He took some great photos for us too. Would definitely recommend this tour.

We were very interested in learning about traditional Fijian villages and Thomas was very generous in answering all our questions. We felt that we gained a greater understanding and appreciation of Fijian life. This helped us at our next destination where villagers owned and operated the resort. We also enjoyed the Garden of the Sleeping Giant and the mud bath!

Manoj of Xplore Fiji Transfer and Tours brought us to the various places as indicated in the itinerary and also included a stop at the souvenir shop and money exchange facility. We did this tour at our own pace and Manoj was very helpful and patient.

Visiting the local Fijian village is interesting and the villagers are very friendly. Mud pool definitely is an unforgettable experience and should not be missed if you travel to Lautoka.

This was such a great day out. The gardens were stunning and definitely worth the hike to the view! The mudpools were relaxing and very funny. Our driver was knowledgeable and provided lots of information. Thank you Thomas!

Our driver was extremely lovely but the word “TOUR” is extremely misleading. We were expecting a tour bus and a tour guide to take us through the Sleeping Giant and the Mud Pools, when instead it was more a private taxi who just dropped us and waited for our return. The description states local tour guide, which we did not get. We were left to go through the park on our own.
The sleeping giant and mud pools were beautiful sites, but could have saved a lot of money by asking a local taxi to do the same for us. We were quoted $100FJD by a local taxi after our trip, but had to pay more than double that through this tour.

The bus only operates when there are enough people .But if the group size is small ,we provide with mini bus or even station wagon car for 2 travelers like in your case.
This price includes all your entries fees and it’s competitive with other same products.The entries fees itself is $55 per person.The Gardens and Mud pools have tour guide but it may be assumed that they were of no help.Definitely I will look in to this and will surely improve for future guests
