Requested a transfer the night before we arrives in Quito. Victor was very helpful and Gustava (spelling?) was our driver. It is always so thrilling and relieving (especially in a foreign country/different language) when you see someone outside the luggage/customs area waiting for you with your name on a card. Gustava was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Thanks for everything.
