Great tour seeing highlights of Kerry, Killarney National Park. Our driver Eduardo was fun and attentive. We couldn’t do the Torc waterfall due to a cycliing event in Killarney causing road closures. However, Eduardo took us to alternate view points that were amazing.
Couple of feedback items:
1. the loading point for Paddywagon tours outside Paddy’s palace is not well marked. Maybe put up a board there. Many people circled the block trying to find it without any luck.
2. The optional extra charge horse ride is highly recommended. However, they fit 8 people per carriage and it was really tight with no space to move. As the driver pointed out different attractions, half the people couldn’t see it as it was behind their back and no space to turn around. We saw other carriages (non Paddywagon passengers) with less number of people in them

The worse tour that I have even been on. This tour guide lacks knowledge of the areas we were visiting, he kept repeating himself about energy, electricity, playing music to pass the time, no history of the areas covered. He'll be pointing at leprechauns on cars, roofs in houses, Angus cows. It was painful. I was so inclined to get off at one of the stops, and find a way home. It was painful! Money, and a whole day wasted!
Tour guide was focused on selling the horse and carriage ride at Killarney National Park. He even had pictures that he was going around the bus showing us, so that we can go on the tour for $16. This selling lasted for hours, every stop, until he was able to get about 30 passengers. He was determined!
A few of us that refused, went on the same tour independently for $8 per person! No wonder he was trying so hard to sell that trip.
I hate throwing the race card, but I can't think of any reason why this tour guide would not call the Barack Obama rest stop by the name. He kept referring to it as "a stop that I couldn't say the name" WHY? Why then do you make a stop there? There are many other stops, save yourself the heartache!
This tour was pathetic!
I did a tour the day before to the Cliffs of moher with Finn McCools, and it was fabulous! We learned so much! We had so much fun!
Whatever you do, please AVOID PADDYWAGON. Find another company!
This was TORTURE!
I best satisfaction was not leaving a tip! I have never not tipped in my life, but this was me breaking the rules. This trip was atrocious! I was going to book another trip, the Giant causeway with them, but thankfully, I did with a better company.

The tour was very lovely and I liked the option to take a horse ride through Killarny National Park. The waterfall was great as well. However, we did not drive through Killorglin (home of Puck Fair) as stated on the Website. The driver explained that it has not be done for years. Yet, there was plenty of time at inch beach and the views of the coast were stunning. It is a great tour to see beautiful nature. Even though, it is a long drive, I can recommend this tour to everyone who wants to see the beautiful county of Kerry and has no time for a multi-day tour!

We compared several tour companies and really loved the tour we selected. However, once on the tour, we were told that one of the stops that Viator said was part of the tour was NOT a stop with the tour company- Paddywagon. We paid extra for this tour and then it didn’t even include Muckross Manor. That’s false advertising!! You should do your research and make sure that what you’re offering the client is accurate! We were very disappointed because that was something we were very interested in doing!

Was mislead as I was expecting tour of ring of Kerry . The tour to waterfall was cancelled as the road was closed for some bicycle racing. There was no bathroom on the bus for a long trip if 14 hours as frequent stops to rest areas were not possible. The tour guide was rude when requested for a stop and complained that the tour will be delayed as the stop will turn into a 20 minute plus stop.

The scenery was incredible!!! The beach was amazing! The small towns and national parks were beautiful!

I really love this tour as it is the best Kerry tour in Ireland. I enjoyed every location we visited. Inch beach was so wild and windy, we spent too much time in there.

Th big highlight of this trip was Inch Beach and the driving around some of the Kerry cliffs at the very end. It’s a magnificent sight! But this trip is VERY rushed, understanding the distance limits you quite a bit. I do think you could cut the Adare Visitor Center visit to be able to spend more time around the Kerry cliffs (since you don’t get to do the Ring of Kerry which probably should be made more clear). Killarney was fun too but it requires much more time to fully appreciate the park, visit Muckross House, visit the castle ruins in the park, etc.

Our bus driver, Eduardo was excellent! Really wish we had more time in Killarney. Other than that it was a wonderful, albeit long day.

Would’ve loved to see the waterfall, one of the sights I was looking forward to. It I understand why we couldn’t go. Other than that it was a great trip and the guide was very funny and knowledgeable.

Horse and buggy ride around the park was amazing. Our driver Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely loved the views, and even dipped our toes in the water at Inch beach. Definitely will be back to Kerry

Very nice trip and scenary but the trip is a bit too long. More stops on the way to see different places would help.
Marie_T, Aug 2023
The driver was awesome but we did not visit one of the places I was really looking forward to. We could have less time in the town and visited the manor.
Bevan_M, May 2023
Everything after Adare was amazing. Especially the national park, grand valley and ocean views. Driver was funny and knowledgeable.

This tour had amazing scenery and our guide did a good job. I recommend the tour but people need to be aware that it is about 4-5 hours to Kerry from Dublin. I requested accommodations to sit towards the front but the driver never received that information. I ended up sitting in the back which worked out OK as I had extra space due to an empty seat and sat near some cool people. I've taken tours with two other bus companies in Dublin and was disappointed that Paddywagon had only one individual serving as both driver and guide. The driver/guide was really good but did drive a bit fast as we were working our way back to Dublin. It was a long day but at least I got to see and capture some amazing scenery.

Truly an incredible experience! Would definitely recommend this to all my friends and family! Gorgeous views, tour guide was great. The horse carriage through the park is so worth it. Thanks

At first everything was ok, Tom was nice and we could understand everything he said, then Paul took the wheel and we struggled to understand his words. Apart from that, it's a lovely place to visit even when it's a 15 hours tour.

The tour was excellent and our guide and driver was knowledgeable. Our only problem was a very chilly wait for the bus outside the station.
Stacey_S, Jun 2018
This was just ok, the tour was larger than expected about 35 people and 9 more joined on the way back, the bus was very crowded. There was a lot of time spent on the bus travelling, I wouldnt book a trip with that much bus time again, it was pretty uncomfortable. Although the bus driver was entertaining enough the experience was a bit generic. The bus driver from Portugal was unexpected and not really appreciated I was hoping for a full Irish experience. The horse drawn carriage through the park in Killarney was the best part! Overall, I wouldnt recommend this tour.

Meeting place was on one street but bus was actually located a block over. Dublin downtown streets are so torn up by construction there are no street signs and getting around driving is a real challenge. We took a taxi about 3/4 mile and was over ten euros just to get there.

This is a good way of seeing the west of Ireland if you have a limited amount of time in Dublin. Fantastic views near Kilkenny, and especially, of the Dingle Peninsula and Inch Beach. The only negative was the relatively small bus, which became somewhat uncomfortable at the end of 14 hours. Overall, a good value for the cost of the trip.

This was a fantastic trip. While much of the west and north of Ireland is rocky and windswept, County Kerry is a beautiful, lush place with wonderful forests, charming towns, and stately manors. This is where you'd want to live if you moved to Ireland.
Our first main stop was at Killarney National Park before that we stopped at a rest stop for breakfast, where I had a delicious scone and a pot of tea, where we saw a waterfall and got to explore the forest paths a bit. Then we went to this old manor by a beautiful lake with many gardens and lawns to stroll through. Next was the city of Killarney itself, which was extremely charming, and had many restaurants for lunch, shops for souvenirs, and ice cream places for dessert.
After that, we stopped at a very old church, a spot with a great view, and a large beach. It was extremely bizarre to see the Irish in wetsuits on a rainy 50 degree Fahrenheit day surfing, which was fun.
Overall, fantastic trip, and the drive in the bus itself was beautiful with great commentary. I'm glad I booked it!

This tour was a mixed bag--it's a very long day, with several nice stops. We got pretty soaked and clouds obscured the best views, but that's to be expected in Ireland. Unfortunately, our driver/guide got more and more annoying as the day went on and this really colored our experience.
EstherM_L, May 2016
A great and fun trip. Michael, the driver/guide was informative and entertaining. Don't miss it.

Overall, the experience was ok. It rained most of the time, which, is to be expected this time in Ireland, but overall, it was just ok. The guides weren't knowledgable and didn't make the trip worth while-- they were actually pretty boring. You spent a long time on the bus, and makes for a really long day.

Incorrect description as a whole. Long trip for general disappointment. Horseback ride not indicated at 16€ / person not provided for in the budget...
