Zero-Star Experience: Don't Waste Your Money

I wish I could give this experience zero stars. We were seated with random strangers, making it awkward and uncomfortable, and our own family couldn’t even sit together due to the poorly planned seating. The music was bad and kept randomly cutting out, which made everything feel unprofessional. The food was horrible, and despite being told there would be an announcement for the buffet, there wasn’t one. Instead, it turned into a chaotic mess of people rushing and fighting to get food because of the complete lack of organization. The service was terrible from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and book literally any other experience. You’ll get the same views without the awful food, disorganization, and terrible service. This was a complete waste of money.

The boat ride itself wasn’t bad, the boat was suppose to leave at 8pm but left at 840pm. We came back at 10pm, it was not a full 2hr. I have never seen a group of ppl Who have acted as though they never seen food before. This group of ppl bomb rushed to the food by pushing, and grabbing multiple plates. All the food was taken quickly, food ran out and wasn’t replaced. Which was unacceptable, hot water bottles were placed on the tables. No drinks were offered, had to ask for soda. I wouldn’t recommend this Excursion to anyone.

Nice marina evening views but boat left late and trip too long for a hot uncomfortable weather. Better walk the marina at night instead. Food substandard. Hotel pickup was appreciated

I'd say its brilliant night out. I was contacted by a friendly staff and advised regarding the pickup timing and even even informed about the tour program. I didn't wait any extra minute as the driver came earlier then he went to pick up other guests too. The cruising was enjoyable. The views of the harbor are fantastic. Buildings illuminated by the lights and water are exhilarating.. The food was great even the entertainment was awesome! Overall were a 4 hours worth and a good value of what I paid for. Recommendable!!!

The view at night of the buildings and lights was amazing. Dubai Marina at night were incredible and I don't think there would be any other way to view them unless you owned a boat of your own. The cruise starts in the marina and sails along the entire area. A wonderful sightseeing of the new Dubai city with all the amazing building at a glance from a traditional Boat. It's very welcoming and wonderful definitely will recommend this to anyone. Reasonable price for the cruise made it worthwhile. The pick up was on time so we had time to admire the city while we relax and waited for other guest. The buffet food was good and service and staff were helpful / friendly. Our visit in Dubai was worthwhile.

It was a nice complete dinner. The views were great. We were picked up an hour late after kind of like an after thought. On the return we were sent back with another guide who went totally opposite direction than our hotel and dropped us off last. Needless to say we were not happy with the pick up and drop off.

Really looked forward to this but very disappointed Late pick up to start think they forgot about us On board the staff were very polite and served us with water and then soft drinks. They gave us some cold chicken starter which none of us ate as the chicken looked like it had seen better days. We were all not looking forward to the buffet dinner. To our surprise dinner was good a selection of Indian food which we all liked. The entertainment that was promised never happened. We were returned to the dock 1/2 hr early. All in this trip was not worth the money we paid at all and we certainly would not do this again if in Dubai. For a few Dirhams you can look round the harbour on a boat and have something to eat in one of the many restaurants that are in the Marina.

Muy mala la calidad de la comida, poco variada, las bebidas eran de maquina y el postre apenas una torta de chocolate y unas donas en mal estado. Con mi madre amanecimos enfermas del estómago y con nauseas. Intente reclamar mi dinero de vuelta y fue negado. No lo recomiendo.
