Good food, great show and fantastic views! Went with my husband and 2 daughters (13 and 15). We booked at the Upper floor but we were feeling sick because of the heat!! They kindly fix us a table down where the have air conditioner! We had a great kind!! The crew and personal were very kind, friendly and respectful!
Overall the ride wad nice. I didn't like having a slumped table. The intertainment wasn't great, but not the best. The food wasn't hot as it should have been.
Great food in a great surrounding. We sat at the top floor where we enjoyed a breathtaking view. The buffet was fantastic with a lot of good food. The was also a show which we enjoyed much. The service was perfect and quick.
Our tour guides took care of us really well. They communicated really well and picked us up from right location. The dinner was really good as well. Would definitely recommend
Do not waste your time or $ on this your. The trip up and down the canal was boring. The food was terrible. The chair I was given broke and I fell. That being said; the service personnel were very good and tried their best to make us all feel welcome. The van that picked us up had a driver and a helper. The helper’s body odor was sooooo bad we could hardly breathe.
Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend it. The entertainment was good, and the food was not bad at all.
To be honest it was one of our worst trip. The table was awefull, at the beginning the waiter told us that all the tables were booked, what it was not true. We asked for another table and he said no, but the boat wasn't full!!!
Secondly, we didn't have enough food for the main course. And no dessert!!
For the quality of this poor service the price is juste exessif. I will never recommand it to anyone.
I did before the cruise at Dubai creek and it was much better!
Nice ride on the man made sea lake. Wasn't a full 2 hours as I originally anticipated. It was 90 minutes long. The food was nice and we had a good choice on the menu. Costs are expensive, but that's for everything except taxi rides in Dubai.
If I could give this experience a 0 I would. Where to begin. 45 minutes late for pickup. Food horrible and cold. Big deal we rode around the harbor, no entertainment except the group of 3 kids who kept yelling.
When the driver dropped us off he told us we could walk back to the hotel. Yeah, not so close was that.
If you want to experience the harbor, find a nice restaurant on the edge and watch from the comfort of your chair.
When the exciting, not cruise was over we could not find him and had to wait and search.

Pickup kept being changed eventually we waited for over an hour before being collected. The cruise and food was ok.
Bad Food ! And if you are picked last from your hotel you have a table with no view on the cruise . if seating is first come first serve basis , the money too needs to be charged in the same fashion. Terrible!!!
We were picked up from our hotel around 6pm and, after picking up other passengers we had to drive for about an hour and a half to reach the dhow. After boarding the dhow we had to wait until after 9pm for the boat trip to start. The boat trip was good - we got to see the illuminated high - rise buildings. The meal was almost totally Indian food and not to our taste but we managed to find a few items we could eat.The bus trip back to our hotel took another hour and a half - we were not back till almost midnight. This is not the four hour trip as advertised. All this should be explained when this trip is advertised. Very disappointing.
The food was good. The entertainment was good, and the other guests at my table were great! The lighted Dubai mariba skyline was fantastic!
Was comfortable. Dinner table companions were delightful. Food was good, not great. Entertainment was great. Staff was hospitable. Good price for the money. Sights of Dubai were exhilarating. Would recommend to others
Good show, scenery and boat ride but the food does not balance well with the view. Only for Indian food lovers is advised to join this boat ride
Brilliant night out, pick up from the hotel was prompt. The food, cruise and atmosphere made this a great night out, and fantastic views of the Dubai architecture.
