I've booked other private tours where the driver stays with you, takes pictures and gives information at each stop. Others we saw had this. Didn't know or expect the driver to just drive us from stop to stop and just drop us off. Didn't have any water. The first time we asked, he got us 2 bottles from another driver. 6 hours later we asked for water and he said he didn't have any. He drove for an hour, stopped at a gas station and bought us a bottle. I had medication that I needed to take. Didn't feel much like a private tour, more like an Uber to each site. Wouldn't book again or recommend.

Mediocre tour; as most of the time was spent with the lengthy bizarre ordeal of getting into the mosque. Lots of wasted time after a 2 hour car ride. Entry is through a mall and waiting for a mosque tour guide to walk you thru security to the mosque. Too many photo stops in the heat! Mosque guide not attentive to seniors standing around in the heat especially with woman wearing heavy garments to cover clothes and head. No benches for resting while waiting for group to reconvene. No shuttle service at end of mosque tour back to mall. Long walk back in the heat! Inconsiderate to elderly. Plus our driver had no personality. We think he’s repressed and depressed. Not a fun day!

Beware of this tour - they take you to locations which are not listed. They took us to Miraj (islamic heritage museum) where we were scammed of £900, they fob it off as the museum of Abu Dhabi - they sell fake gold carpets. The drivers obviously make a commission out of this and it’s absolutely appalling that this is happening in Abu Dhabi. Viator needs to remove this tour from their website to avoid other innocent people from being scammed.

Actually it was only a transfer to Abu dhabi and the places included to program. No guide. The driver didn't knew much to explain. Additionally the timetable was very tight. We didn't had enough time neither to grand mosque and lunch.

Our guide was great and the mosque was amazing! We loved the royal palaces however the other stops were a bit lackluster. We felt like Ferrari World, the markets & even the art stops were very sales focused versus real cultural experiences. Having said that, this is a private tour so do your research ahead of time and I'm sure you can create a very positive experience.

This tour was NOT private but instead with 6 total guests + 1 guide. Not what I paid for and there was a different agenda set to skip the Louvre. The guide was able to squeeze in 1h at the Louve for me which I really appreciated, but from a "did I get what I was promised" tour this did not meet my expectations. I didn't find out until 11pm the night before that it was 6 people, and by then Customer Service could only rebook for 2 days later which didn't work for my schedule. I will say that the guide was responsive and a great guide and the tour was good, just not exactly what I paid for.

We had a wonderful day exploring Abu Dhabi. Amjad was an amazing guide who not only adjusted our tour to meet our needs, but he went above and beyond whenever asked. I would really recommend adding this day trip to your visit to Dubai. It was interesting to see the differences between the two cities.

Viator should discontinue using Rah Tours all together. We booked a private tour, which to us means that we are by ourselves in a car to do the tour. Driver was an hour late, then we had to pick up more people, and they fit us like sardines seven people in a medium SUV. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes in a gas station for him to get gas which clearly needs to be done outside of the customers time. I was in the middle seat between two large men and uncomfortable for a 10 hour tour. The driver was very hard to understand so about 50% of what he said we did not understand. We travel all over the world and are used to all kinds of accents, but this was not understandable. He just dropped us off at the places and then picked us back up. Did not go in with us or explain anything at the sites. Took us to a place that was supposed to be the Louvre museum but ended up being a rug place with a sales pitch and then took us to a terrible buffet where clearly they drop off all the tourists. We tried to make the most of it, but were beyond disappointed with the quality of the tour. It is definitely not what is described in the viator site. We explaied to the driver that we had gotten a private tour and he contacted his company and then said that it had been a Viator mistake and I needed to deal with them direcly on it. They took no responsibility or tried to find us another driver to complete a private tour, even though that’s what we had paid for. Terrible!

We were very pleased to have Shams as our guide , he is very patient , knowledgeable and trustful. As a family of four with two girls we were pleased ! The trip to Abu Dhabi was short and as soon as we got there we started all the main activities. Definitely recommended !

Raja Abdul was a fabulous guide. He was very knowledgeable about Dubai as we drove through to Abu Dhabi and had many facts about the places we were visiting and Abu Dhabi and Dubai history. The Grand Mosque was incredibly beautiful and the Presidential Palace was breathtaking. We also visited the Heritage Village, ate local food (including camel) and stopped for photo opportunities on the Corniche. We can’t recommend this tour enough and especially our wonderful guide

Shafqat Ali is super great tour guide and very accommodating., No boring moments inside the car while traveling to the City because of the jokes and he provided information about Abu Dhabi’s amazing landmarks and the city. Additional services such as photography and brought us to a nice restaurant for our lunch. At the end of the tour we walk away with beautiful photos and stories that we can share with family and friends. Kudos to Shafqat Ali. We became friends with him in FB.

Great experience, our driver Qasim was super helpful and attentive. He arrived early for the pick up, but never rushed us to hurry up. More than a driver, he was our tour guide, explaining history, landmarks, and traditions of people. Highly recommend this trip.

We are very disappointed as we paid for a private tour but once we arrived to Abu-Dhabi we were transferred from the private car ( 4 people ) to a Mini-Van for 11 people. In addition, the air conditioning didn't work properly.
Also, we paid for this " premium service " because it included 45 minutes in the Emirates Palace and 2 hrs in the Louvre Abu-Dhabi BUT we only passed by.
We want to have the money back ( difference between the basic package and the private tour)

Our tour guide, Abdul was the best part of the tour. Very patient and professional explaining all about Dubai/ Abu Dhabi rules, politics, culture and the places we are seeing. Excellent guide. Loved the palace and the Mosque.
