Check in was difficult one lady made us go straight through and other sent us to another desk. lady at the view desk wasn't very helpful, stating contact ticket company and unfortunately had difficult access the wifi in the building. Views were good and nice to be there for sunset

Great views of the Palm.
We went at 9:30 which is non prime time and meant we avoided any queues. You can upgrade to a fast pass for 75 AED , which I think would be worth it during busy times especially around sunset.
There is also a VIP pass which gets you up another level.
It does get pretty hot even at 9:30 as there’s not much of a breeze due to the high glass walls.
Taking clear photos can be a bit tricky at certain times of the day due to the reflections from the glass.

The View at The Palm Jumeirah is worth a visit. Is the best way to actually see The Palm, unless you want to skydive. However, this tour company is not trustworthy. They didn't email the tickets, only a vaucher. The instructions said that we needed to exchange at the ticket counter but also said they would email them. When we got there at the ticket counter the lady there said that wasn't accurate they are supposed to send the ticket as promised. We call them at the number provided and they started making excuses until the tickets lady personally talked to them and demanded to send us the tickets and to stop giving false information to the customers. Within ten minutes they sent the tickets through WhatsApp. If it wasn't for this lady we probably would have lost our money.

I had booked event for 22nd Nov. Once i reached that place, i was told that the view is closed for full day. The view management told me that operator (who is part of Third party partner) knew but he did not care to inform me. I spent money with cab reaching and return to place, More i lost half day of my plan becuase of this indifferent attitude

Well worth the cost, we went around 10am and it was really quiet. Easy to find, we got a taxi straight there, polite staff and quick to get into the experience itself.

Excellent the staff where so nice, nice little coffee shop at the top so you can relax. When we went it wasn’t to busy. We did get muddled up with the monorail but staff did help
