Great Experience, But More Clarity Needed on Packages

Ski Dubai was an incredible experience! The snow park, atmosphere, and overall vibe were fantastic. However, I wish the package descriptions were a bit clearer—if you're booking skiing or snowboarding, you need to already know how to do it, as the package doesn’t include lessons. It would’ve been helpful to have that information upfront. That said, it's still a must-visit attraction, and we had a great time enjoying the winter wonderland in the middle of the desert!

I was skeptical about this adventure when he asked me to book it, but it turned out to a very exciting and enjoyable experience. We were able to add ski lessons with no problem at the counter even though we booked with a third party. If you have children, or want a nice dating activity while visiting Dubai, I highly recommend this adventure. Oh, and we got to touch penguins ☺️

This is NOT as stated. You cannot ski or snowboard with this package at SKI Dubai. I was not allowed to use this unless I paid extra for a lesson.

Dear Nichola, Thanks for your feedback. In this product, we've not mentioned the inclusion part that ski lesson & snowboard is accessible through this snow classical pass. You can only access the park, you can use the ski equipment, gloves, pair of shoes & locker. We didn't promise that we would provide a ski lesson on this ticket. Request you to read the inclusion part, maybe you have a misconception with this ticket.

Je ne vous conseille pas de réserver le ski sur ce site car vous n’avez pas toutes les options qu’ils ont sur place, réservez directement la bas et c’est le même prix. Sinon activité sympa malgré le monde et le manque d’organisation. Sympa à faire sur une demi journée, pour les options ne prenez pas la tyrolienne, c’est pas dingue, il y a que 2 passages et bcp de monde !
