Operator will probably forget to send you the tickets...and then lie about it.
Waited 1.5 hours (past out gat entry time 6pm) for an email or message.
Contacted the operator and they claimed they had sent it....they hadn't.
Said it was on what's app which I don't use...so logged into it and saw they only sent it 2 min after I contacted them (7:27pm)
We purchased tickets at the gate by this stage.
Operator has refused refund...and is ignoring us now.
Anyone interested in the email exchange showing the evidence you can take a look yourself....I'll send it to you.

As shown in our conversation, your tickets were sent to you on November 17 — exactly 10 minutes after we received your message. The downloadable ticket file was also shared directly within the chat.
Regarding the refund, we have now processed it after verifying that the tickets were not used. As per policy, refunds can only be issued once this verification is completed. You will receive the amount within 3–4 working days.

This place/event I have NO WORDS for!!! WHAT A SITE TO BEHOLD!!! There was EVERYTHING, EVERYONE from ALOT of countries there!!! There was SOOOOOOO MUCH to see and DO!!! Another MUST experience. Will definitely do it again next time I’m here.

This tour was recommended by many locals so we decided to check it out . It is a very cool village with different countries representing, each country had food , shopping , entertainment in their sections.
It opens in the evening so it did not take away from our day .
We really enjoyed watching the Turkish ice cream stalls and the Thai mussels.
The $10 entry fee per person was not bad . It was nice to have the tickets pre purchased. Once buying the tickets on viator the actual tickets were email and sent via WhatsApp within 5 minutes.
