Money charged for no service by no providing tickets, terrible experience and no value for consumers hard earned money!

Had a terrible experience for a booking through viator.com for skip the line for global village. We pre-booked the service in advance as we had a infant and elderly with us for convenience, smooth experience for the family but that never happened instead we had to wait for more than one hour for the response from viator and eventually no solution as the ticket were never provided even after approaching the information desk at the global village they denied for any help as the tickets were supposed to be served from viator.com and was their responsibility to provide the service for the same and if are unable to they are liable for refund and their should be no doubt about it, no tickets no service no charge or loss for the customer. Whereas here i have received a mail saying the policy says that cancellation or refund cannot be provided irrespective. I have already informed every penny is hard earned money of people and no one has the right to use it without service for charity or anything anywhere, disappointed as an indian that i might have to raise this with consumers forum even after the viator.com has been a failure to serve and not a cancellation or refund asked from our end for some personal reason. Would request everyone not to book any attractions from viator.com ever as they are not at all providing solutions which are ethical and consumer friendly they just want to give excuses for charging money for no service as well. They think you’re money is not hard earned and neither they value your time and inconvenience caused because of them. In the end as we travelled with family to global village from our accommodation and had paid for that as well, we had to buy new tickets at the counter after so much of struggle and pay extra from our pocket. We all usually pay a good amount for the experiences and attractions but when someone says they would charge us for no service the trust, money and the ethical practices are to be question in india. People and businesses just want money these days and thats sad. Hence we lack compassion and good quality services on certain platforms. Hence please make sure where you invest money, so that you don’t have to go through such trouble to get your hard earned money back after no service! I will surely intimate this with the consumers forum.

HAB tourism is a dishonest vender that Viator should not use. Horrible customer service. Do Not Respond nor return calls. Do not deliver tickets promptly. Still waiting for my refund from them and especially Viator

Amazing experience with my entire family

Well this was more fun and excitement than we expected. Lots of food, games, stage shows and clothes, shoes designer bags and a little bit of everything from around the world. Everything was much cheaper than outside markets including food. Get there early so you can have lots of time to enjoy most of the stuff. Booking was easy here and digital tickets sent to my phone. Lots of Very clean restrooms available. We opted for the paid parking which was nothing compared to parking cost in the US. All in all, this is a must do when Iin Dubai.
