The tour and guide was great, but some activities were not available. For example the pool was closed, and the activity to replace it was not included in the price. Please update your website.

My experience to Hatta was amazing , our guide tour Waqas Ali explained everything , he was so nice and patience when we’re taking pics he stopped for get the best shot , the place it’s beautiful itself , the water , I really enjoy it .

We are sorry and apologize to hear that you face disappointment. As we check with the driver what happened on that day so as you said the driver was friendly and good and driver say us you cannot speak English so he tries to explain you everything in gestures He gives his full time to you and covers all mentioned places as it was sightseeing tour and you did kayak as well so we didn't find anything wring from our side. Kindly if you can explain what thing makes you disappointment. As we mentioned we give an English speaking guide so as we come to know you cannot speak English may be a language problem. So that's not our fault bcoz you should mention if u need a guide in your language.
