Pickup is available within Dubai except inside the mall. Pickup and drop-off are included from any hotel or residential building inside Dubai central locations: Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road. (Noted please)Pickup from Sharjah, Ajman, Al Furjan Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, and Dubai Parks hotels and resorts are on a private basis only with no shared transportation options. Pickup is not available from the Hatta area or from locations outside Dubai. Pickup time and location confirmation will be sent to you by email and WhatsApp. Please be ready for pickup 45 minutes before the start time of your tour.

For me, entertainment(show) riding a camel, the food
My 10 year old loved the buggy sand dunes, sand boarding, the entertainment and the henna tattoo.
It was an all around fabulous experience that I would highly recommend to others.

We enjoyed. There was one issue where you have to pay for the ATV (thought was included). The SUV sanding is part of the package not the ATV. Camel was nice...short but nice. Fire show was nice as well. Aamir our driver was amazing! Nice and friendly.

The 4x4 drive at the desert. Out driver/tour guide Aftab was so friendly and best tour guide/driver. He’s funny and very kind to help us taking brilliant and awesome pictures. He also keep on reminding us to put our sit belt coz he cares about our safety. The whole experience is awesome and it will never be as memorable without him.

I enjoyed the Desert safari part of this tour and our driver was great. Driving over the dunes was fun and this lasted about an hour.
We were given a camel ride next which was very short, Maybe 20 yards just so you can get your picture taken. A man then gives you a salon to hold, all very nice but then charges you 20 dhs.
Our driver showed us a table that was reserved for us which was great and he says he will be back at 7.30 to collect us. It was 4.30 so we had 3 hours to kill. Don't worry lots of small stalls around to sell you tat and generally try to extract your money. The BBQ wasn't served until 7pm and it was quite tasty.
There was some very poor belly dancing for half an hour and a very good fire eater for another 10 minutes.
After the desert Safari I would have preferred to go back to my hotel.

Our driver Qzmat was very professional and funny. He truly looked after us from start to finish and I would highly recommend this tour and Qzmat. The value for the money was well worth it and I had done not of research prior. Not only was the price point right they were significantly cheaper than the other tour operators who basically have the same vehicles and you end up at the same compound for dinner /show etc. The Camel ride was very short but having said that it was all we wanted and just to be able to say we got 'humped' in Dubai

What an amazing experience to go dune bashing in a 4 wheel drive, with an amazingly gifted driver. Also enjoyed the BBQ and the entertainment that followed. Especially stopping on the top of a sand dune and watching the sunet over the desert, magical. Would recommend this tour to anyone, you'll have the time of your life.

This is a wow tour! Very well organised and conducted. The vendor, Fun Tours was really good. You must take this trip to see the high level of driving expertise. Shriek aloud as much as you want...all part of the fun.

Besides from arriving for pickup late due to traffic, was both the driver and the rest of the experience outstanding. Great drive, humorous and informative driver, and very helpful in every way to make this a good experience. Affordable as well, we were absolutely satisfied.

A really good tour - entertainment good, food perfectly fine, dune bashing fantastic - all 4 of the kids loved it and astonishingly, no one was car sick! The desert is surprisingly beautiful, but does get cool at night - take a jumper.

Love the ride at the desert. But the BBQ is so so only not so fantastic.
Will like to feedback on the driver. been reading review about how nice and friendly the driver is. But unfortunately we got the wrong driver. He is very serious, throughout the whole journey to the desert from our hotel he did not talk only one two words. Not friendly and no patience.
Not helpful at all...he did offer to take picture of us after seeing we struggle to take selfie and also other driver help to take photo of their groups.
Rating for the desert ride 8/10 but rating for the driver 3/10. Driver name Badr.

When we came home from Dubai I asked my kids what their highlight was .. and they both said this trip. Kismat was our guide and was brilliant, both as a guide and driver. He also probably took the best photos on my camera from any trip. I would recommend this to any family looking for a unique experience on their visit to Dubai.

The pick-up from our hotel - the Jebel Ali Beach Resort - was on time and we collected two other couples from hotels in Dubai City before reaching the roadside rendez-vous for all the 4x4s going on the safari. It doesn't seem to matter which company you book it through, all of them offer exactly the same tour and meet at the same place. At the rendez-vous there is store selling carpets and a rather tatty shop and toilets. You have to got through the shop to reach the toilets . On the way to them and back you are assailed by men try to sell you Kaffiyahs, who don't seem to want to take No for an answer. The toilets themselves were filthy and stank and flooded. One was so flooded it was unusable, leaving three, and there was a long queue to use them.
The Dune Bashing was exhilarating, though, and well worth doing. We stopped for 20 minutes for photos and to walk over the dunes.You could also pay to have your photo taken with a falcon, if you wanted.
The desert camp is shabby and in need of a complete overhaul. It is well past its sell-by date. The toilets were better than at the roadside rendez-vous, but still dirty and smelly. At the camp you can ride a camel, get a henna tattoo, smoke a shisha pipe, buy some shoddy souvenirs and have another opportunity to pay to have your photo taken with a falcon. The show is at best average and not very authentic, although the whirling dervishes at the end are surprisingly good. We couldn't fault the BBQ. There was plenty of choice and plenty of it. Water, canned soft drinks and coffee are free. You have to pay for alcoholic drinks.
I would advise anyone going to Dubai to opt for the Dune Bashing only - which you can - and give the BBQ a miss.

Everything about the tour was arranged and conducted professionally with total fun being the obvious goal. The pick up, guide, sand dune tour like a roller coaster ride on steroids, the camp including the entertainment and food was perfect. It was what was expected and they delivered.

Great Day, only disappointment was that when I had taken this tour around 10 years ago, they stopped on top of the highest dunes and let us watch the sun set. Here we were taken to the Oasis while still light out. And then we sat and waited and waited for dinner to be opened up buffet style. Food was okay, entertainment was okay, a little long while sitting on the cushion on the ground. Our driver was great, surprised the other people on our tour did not tip him.

I have to say, this was an amazing experience. Our driver Delano - I believe that was his name - was fantastic. Not only did he hit the slopes like a pro, he made the experience rewarding. He explained what he did for preparation and then afterwards, took care of us during the BBQ. I would highly recommend this Safari tour. What an amazing end to an amazing and memorable trip.
