One of the many scams double booking and canceling lower rate bookings

This is One of the scams. They book you on Viator then double book same spots for better rates via other sources. Then they cancel you last minute. This is the 2nd Viator booking which cancelled us leaving 8 of us waiting for pickup until you call and find out.. they will either say nothing or tell you bad weather… we are also not happy with Viator not identifying these scams.

This was a total waste of money. Really don’t see what all the fuss about a desert safari is. It was just an opportunity for hard sell of lots of naff products. Vendors very pushy and became rude when you politely declined them. No opportunity to see sunset as advertised, lots of waiting round for other vehicles etc. Don’t waste your money

This was not a good experience. The staff rushes you the whole trip and it seems like their main purpose was to extort more money from you for additional activities . They were not personable at all, and the manner in which they speak to you is not hospitable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOUR!!!

Long journey for only dune adventure and 45 min show

After the adventure in the dune, you have like 3 hours not doing anything and waiting for driver to come back. Then whwn we finally get to the camp, it was already almost 7 and didnt not have the camel ride as described in what is included. in the camp, you stay almost for 3 hours but shows itself is only 45 min. Long queue to eat, and the food not good

Latif drove us (we are from Germany) into the desert. It was pure adventure being in the landrover and cruising the dunes up and down. We then had a great dinner and experienced local belly dancing. Thank you for this unforgettable day!

This tour was the highlight of our trip. Our guide picked us up at our hotel, was very friendly, and was great at communicating with us through Whatsapp. The dune-bashing part of the tour was a ton of fun and we got great pictures are the dunes. The cars were also air-conditioned, which was a huge plus!

It was a very good experience and it is a must for who ever is in Dubai. Our only comment is that we were given too little meats just on lamb koftas and small piece of chicken and we heard this complaint from other guests too. otherwise its perfect!

Aleem notre guide a été le seul point positif dans cette expérience. Il était marrant et gentil. Par contre j’ai trouvé que tout était expéditif. L’expérience dans les dunes : 20 minutes et pas une minute de plus. Le chauffeur n’a pas décroché un sourire et ne nous a pas parlé. Le carré octroyé aux 4x4 est très sale. Super les photos avec des canettes, des bouteilles plastique derrière. Arrivés au camp il n’y a rien d’authentique. Le repas en buffet était bon mais on a eu 10 minutes pour manger. Une annonce micro est vite survenue comme quoi le buffet allait être fermé alors qu’on venait tout juste de se servir. Le cracheur de feu était super mais le danseur avait l’air fatigué. En bref attention a bien mettre le prix si vous voulez une sortie de qualité

Je ne recommande pas , tres peu de prommenade en 4x4 , de plus roue eclaté Transfert depuis l’hotel dans un petit vehicule avec 7 passagers , tres a l’etroit Regret total !
