Well, this excursion is worth its price. You probably shouldn't expect much more. First of all, we drove for a long time to some roadside shop where we spent 30-40 minutes for no reason. Later, we went on the safari (dune bashing), which was the part I liked the most—fun music and an enjoyable ride. When we arrived at the camp where the evening program took place, they took our photo, but later asked for 50 AED for it. The camel rides are "free," but it's just a tiny circle that takes 2 minutes at most. If you want a longer ride, you have to pay extra. As for the sandboarding... by the time we finally found the board, there was only one for all the tourists, and it was broken. Still, we shared it with the kids and somehow managed to try it. Upon arriving at the camp, they divide people again. If you want to eat right away, you have to go to the "premium" seats and pay an extra 50 AED per person. If you don't want to pay, you get a regular table, and the food is only served after about an hour. The food was not good. They herd everyone into a couple of lines and just throw the food onto your plate with their hands. So, my experience was not good, and I would not recommend it to friends. On the other hand, for this price, you probably can't expect much more.

We would like to clarify a few points to help avoid misunderstandings for other travelers as well: • Package Type The package you booked does not include Premium seating, priority buffet access, or extended camel rides. These additional services are only part of the Premium package, which is available for guests who prefer upgraded seating, early dinner service, and enhanced experiences. • Camel Ride Experience The camel ride included in the Standard package is a short introductory ride of about 1–2 minutes. This is mentioned in the package description and offered as a free experience to all Standard guests. Longer camel rides are optional and available at the camp for guests who would like to extend the experience. • Photo Services & Optional Add-Ons Professional photos and certain activities are provided by the camp vendors and are optional. Guests may choose whether they wish to purchase them or not. • Visit to the Desert Shop The short stop is part of the route and gives guests a chance to use restrooms, stretch, or browse if they wish. It should not take longer than expected, and we will review this internally to avoid unnecessary delays. • Sandboarding & Camp Operations We sincerely apologize for the limited sandboards and the condition you found them in. This is not the standard we aim to maintain, and we have addressed this with our camp team to ensure better availability and quality. Regarding the buffet service, the Standard package includes access during the regular serving time, while Premium guests receive early seating and service. Your feedback regarding food quality and queue management has also been shared with our camp operators, so improvements can be made. Thank you again for your constructive review.
