It’s definitely worth paying the extra to skip the line—otherwise you wait up to 2 hours to go up and down the elevator. Views are awesome from the top!! I would have rated this a 5-star if we hadn’t had the issue that the tour operator never provided us with the necessary tickets/bar codes that we needed to actually get entry once we were at The Burj Khalifa. It took nearly an hour to get the issue resolved.

It was awful. I bought 5 VIP tickets to Dubai Burj Khalifa Sky.. When we got there at the time of our appointment with the printed ticket in my hand as requested, they told me that there was no reservation, I could not understand how Viator sent me tickets that were not valid. Thanks to the employeer at Burj and that we have another day in Dubai to be able to go next day.

Was very foggy on the day we went up so visibility was limited to surrounding area. Could not see past that but nothing anybody has any control over.

Thank you for your review. Yes the visibilty is low on some days due to humidity and this is the case usually in the Summer. As rightly put no one has control over this, however if you ever again in Dubai in the winters please do visit again and we would be glad to assist.

Na entrada -caótico apesar de ter livre acesso como referem. Principalmente porque vistoria se enganou na hora entrada (voucher dizia 16h conforme pretendia, mas no burj kalifa registaram as 17h) a solução foi comprar nova entrada.

You had a ticket with you for the peak Hours which is between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, it does not benefit us in anyways to give you a 5:00 PM ticket instead of a 4:00 Tickets, however it could be an error and we could have solved the same for you if you had to send us a message or just given us a call on the number mentioned on the Tickets.

148ème étage de la Burj Khalifa.... Quelle vue !!!!! Ce bâtiment est magnifique de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur avec le spectacle des fontaines. Une véritable prouesse architecturale. Beaucoup de monde mais une organisation millimétrée. Nous avons eu droit au couché de soleil.... Magique.

Es lohnt sich nicht das man da hoch fährt und so viel bezahlt..
Würde es kein empfehlen und hatten es vorher für 50€ pro Person aber müssten dann 100€ bezahlen weil es angeblich storniert worden ist -.- abzocke

Es tut mir leid, dass es eine Abzocke ist, aber die meisten Besucher genießen die Aussicht und die Tour. Dies ist etwas, das jeder einmal im Leben besuchen würde und wir sind uns sicher, dass die Einhaltung der Standards mit Kosten verbunden ist und der Besuch von At The Top Sky teurer ist als der normale 124. und 125. Stock.

Sí, el costo de la visita a The Top SKY 148th Floor es más alto que el de Visit The At 124th y 125th Floor, sin embargo, la vista en el piso 148 es totalmente diferente y atiende a huéspedes limitados cada hora, junto con una visita guiada y refershments. . Por lo tanto, las tarifas son más altas para este Tour.
