I recommend that you reach out to them through Viator a day before you arrive to get the WhatsApp number of the driver that will picking you up. Communicating through Viator works too, however, I found it best to communicate through WhatsApp even better. When we landed, the driver was at another terminal, after we contacted him, he arrived at the correct pick up location with a tablet in hand that showed the last name of our party. He took a picture before we left to show proof that we were picked up and off we were to Casa de Campo. The Van, can hold 7 Adult passengers comfortably but (I think) up to 9 (squeezed together). It was about an hour drive, we engaged conversation with the driver and that made arriving to our resort much faster. I did like how he was driving, safe, but also quickly. When it was time to return back to Punta Cana Airport, they reached out to us the day prior. The driver was running about 10 minutes behind but he communicated that to us, which I like! The drop-off took about an hour to get back and another picture when we were dropped off. There are people at the airport that will grab your bags and escort you in, just stop them there. It was a waste of money (yes, even a few dollars to give them). What you do is your prerogative!
