- The duration of the tour will be between 4 and 5 hours depending on your selected option and traffic
- The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop off times
- Dune bashing is not permitted for pregnant women, people with heart conditions and infants (under 3 years old)
- Casual, loose-fitting clothing is recommended in the summer
- It is not recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing
- Sports shoes are recommended for sandboarding
- For Doha Cruise Terminal pickup, meet at the Terminal 2 taxi stand. Keep your mobile on; your guide will contact you before pickup.
- Camel Ride: Children below 12 years of age cannot ride alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Quad Bike: Children below 16 years cannot ride on their own and must be accompanied.
- By participating, you acknowledge and accept that some activities involve inherent risks and unforeseen incidents, and adequate travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for your safety and financial protection. Recommended Age for Self-Driving Activities: Sandboarding: 12-50 years, Quad Biking: 16–50 years. Animal-related activities (company not responsible for uncontrollable natural behaviour of animals): Camel Ride (Recommended age: 12–50 years) Falcon, Horse Riding.

The Desert Safari tour was excellent, and our guide Abdul Aziz made the experience even better. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly throughout the trip. He went above and beyond by dropping me off at Villaggio, which was much closer than the original drop-off point that was 30 minutes away. Overall, an amazing tour and an outstanding guide!

Honestly the best excursion we have ever been on. There was a group of us, around 20, and mr Zeno, abdulrehman, and anwar were amazing! They were very funny and did not rush us at all, they shared their extensive knowledge of Doha and we have some of the best memories thanks to these guys! We ordered online and everything went smooth- the driver called in advance and said the time he would be at our hotel for pickup- it was me and me son aged 18, a man from Brazil and a couple from London in the same car. First we did camel riding; 5 min; just enough. Then dune blasting into Inland sea- felt safe with the driver from India- we were 3 cars together. Stopped at some good photo- places and my son and others had fun riding surfboard in the sand.. our driver took some great photos of us jumping in the sand and also with the sunset at inland sea. We lived in Qatar 13 years ago but never drove in the desert at sunset- it was SOO nice! We got a bottle water each from the driver and a box of Soda at inland sea- you can not take any bag with you so no swimming at inland sea- but some went far out in the water- in the heat you dry fast. The return route in the dark was on “hard sand- road” .

This was a wonderful excursion! Riyas knew what he was doing in the dunes and made sure we had a great time. The camel ride was short but just the perfect amount of time to get some pics and move on to the duning portion. We loved riding through the dunes! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a morning adventure!

Strap in for a ride of your life. Our driver Addi was skilled at the wheel. Sand bashing was so much fun. Sand surfing was fun, but walking back up hill was exhausting in heat. Sunset in desert on Saudi/Qatar boarder was spectacular. I don’t ride camels. But can’t enjoy everything.

I was traveling alone in a group of 5 people with our tour guide Faisal. Throughout the experience he kept encouraging pictures and volunteered to take pictures for us. He was kind and made sure we had enough to drink. During the trip he allowed us to take our time. The tour was super fun from watching the sunset to sand boarding and seeing the inland sea with a few of Saudi Arabia.

This is the trip to do when visiting Doha. The dunes are incredible and the views were stunning. The dune bashing is great fun - very bumpy! If you get travel sickness I highly recommend taking some tablets so you can enjoy the ride.
We got to see the sunset and drive back out of the dunes in the dark.
Our driver Noufal was lovely, he picked us up on time, pointed out the sights along the drive and made sure everyone was safe.

Take a good look at the options when booking. The ad indicates camel tour and quad not included in the basic package. Otherwise very nice experience, well organized. Expensive if we take all options.
