No one show up at the pick up sight , we payed for a tour that we didn’t get , going to try to get our money back , only time will tell

They did not even show....

They did not even show. We had the port autorities call him several times and he didn't pick up the phone. Several tour operators told us this company let stranded a lot of tourists. Do not book !

Good trip. Included snoring trip, beach trip and a stop at a flamingo lake. Saw turtles! No safari truck, was in a pick up truck or mini bus. So that was a bit disappointing.

Very dirty, long ride, spent more time in the car than any of the stops. 2 of the stops we were literally only there for 10 minutes each. They charged you to use the restroom. Disgusting beach and only saw 1 turtle.

The tour was late taking off from the cruise pier. The guide gave very little info- she barely talked. The sea turtle beach was crowded but amazing to see the turtles that up close. The 2!nd stop was beautiful- Wish we had more time there to actually get into the water and enjoy it. Last stop to see the flamingos was not that exciting- the area was not well Maintenance and we saw 6 flamingoes from a distance . Yes, I know you can’t control Mother Nature. Absolutely no info was given at any stops, just what time to be back at the vehicle. The drive is about 45 mins once you are picked up from the cruise port.

Worse experience ever

We were totally scammed. They never picked us up. 45 min later some pregnant women showed up, with no ID, nervous and dirty saying we had to walk half mile cause the bus wouldn't come to us. She had no names of people to pick up. We felt super unsafe. Requesting a FULL REFUND

Dear Hilda, i am sorry you felt unsafe. However our guide meets our customers about 200-300feet away from the trucks parking. You are picked up in front of the cruise ship terminal which is a safe spot with cameras all around. We do have one of our colleagues who is pregnant at the moment so her uniform does not fit her. Nonetheless she does an excellent job and is very professional. We have daily trips leaving and are a secure company not only running land but also boat excursions with most customers satisfied as for making our customers happy is one of our main goals. Again we are sorry to hear about your experience of us.

O passeio é muito legal, nadar com as tartarugas é fascinante. A praia de Kenepa é uma das melhores que fui na vida, pena que muito curta - poderia ter uma meia hora a mais. Infelizmente não pudemos ver direito os flamingos, estavam muito distantes. Mas recomendo.
