Of everything we did in Curaçao, this company disappointed me the most. My friend and I were running a few minutes late so we called the number provided to inform them. No answer. I messaged through the Viator app and also on WhatsApp, still no answer. Once we reached the beach, it was clear that they had already left, and there still was no one to communicate with. We decided to stay and wait so we could at least speak with someone and that was a long wait considering the tour had just begun. Once they returned, we spoke with the three men who I am assuming are the owners and they did not do well in trying to rectify the situation. First, they offered the next “available“ tour, which was the following Tuesday but we weren’t staying that long. Available is in quotations because there was a tour available the following day, but since no one booked it yet, our party of 2 would not only have to rebook the tour, but would have to pay the amount of 4 people for them to even come back out. This didn’t make sense because if two people booked a slot, and on the day of it didn’t reach the required four person minimum, which I don’t see anywhere on the booking site, would they reach out to this party to pay more? Granted, I take accountability for the fact that we were running late. However, there was a lack of communication available from the company prior to the start of the tour. Even if there wasn’t a way to get us rebooked, it could’ve allowed us to leave instead of waiting an hour and a half to speak with someone. It seemed like it could’ve been a great tour, but at the end of the day, it also seemed like a big money grab. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We would like to respectfully clarify the situation for accuracy. Your booking was scheduled for a 9:00 AM departure. You arrived at the beach at approximately 11:00 AM, more than two hours after the confirmed start time. By that time, the tour had already departed and could not be rejoined. Because our tours operate on the ocean and follow strict safety and scheduling requirements, it is not possible to return once a tour has begun. As a result, the scheduled service could not be provided. When you arrived, we discussed alternative options based on availability. Unfortunately, these options did not align with your preferences or travel schedule. We regret that this situation was disappointing; however, arriving on time is essential for all scheduled water-based activities. We share this clarification so future guests understand the importance of meeting the confirmed departure time. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter.

This experience exceeded all expectations. Swimming in crystal-clear water, then watching colorful fish and stunning corals beneath the clear bottom of the boat, was incredible. I’ve honestly never seen anything like this in real life. Truly unique and memorable.
