I had such an amazing ATV experience with Albert and his son Bryan. From the moment we started, they made safety a top priority while still making sure we had a great time. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they’re guiding. Albert was incredibly knowledgeable about every spot we stopped at, which made the whole ride even more enjoyable and interesting. He took the time to explain things and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. What stood out the most was how focused they were on making sure we had fun while staying safe. That balance isn’t easy to get right, but they did it perfectly. I would absolutely recommend booking with them if you’re looking for a fun and well-organized ATV experience. Thank you, Albert and team, for such a great time!

If you’re thinking about booking the ATV tour, do it! My family had so much fun. Kenneth and Albert were awesome guides who kept the adventure rolling and shared some interesting facts about Curacao at each stop. Between the trails, scenery, exploring the cave, and cooling off with a gorgeous view, this tour delivered. Be prepared to get a little dusty and have a whole lot of fun. Dress comfortably and enjoy the ride!

Hostile Staff Ruined What Should Have Been a Fun Adventure

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other travelers can make an informed decision. My partner and I had an amazing vacation in Curaçao, but unfortunately our ATV tour with Curacao ATV Westpoint Beach at 48 Seth Fortunaweg was, without question, the worst experience of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived until the tour ended, nearly every instructor (with the exception of Kenneth) was incredibly rude, hostile, and carried some of the worst energy I’ve ever encountered. I’m a firm believer in treating people with kindness, respect, and positive energy, regardless of where they come from, and sadly, that was completely absent throughout this experience. I want to be transparent—I am not an expert ATV rider. However, I am a fast learner and can improve quickly with patience, direction, and proper coaching. Instead of receiving guidance and encouragement, my partner and I were constantly talked down to and threatened that the tour would end abruptly in the middle of the desert if I didn’t ride the way they expected. Rather than helping me become more confident, they made me feel discouraged, anxious, and unmotivated to continue. To make matters even worse, when we returned to the starting point, we were met with insults and disrespectful gestures, including being flipped off for absolutely no reason. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a business. No customer deserves to be treated that way, especially after paying to enjoy an excursion while on vacation. My partner and I left feeling hurt, disappointed, and full of regret for choosing this company. What should have been an exciting adventure became an experience that overshadowed part of an otherwise beautiful vacation. Being in a foreign country should never mean accepting disrespect or feeling intimidated by the very people who are supposed to ensure your safety and enjoyment. If you’re considering booking an ATV excursion in Curaçao, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. There are countless ways to enjoy this beautiful island without risking an experience like ours. Save your money, spend the day relaxing on one of Curaçao’s stunning beaches, explore the island, or simply enjoy the scenery. I can honestly say that would have been a million times better than what we experienced. Protect your peace. Protect your energy. Most importantly, spend your hard-earned money with a company that values its customers and treats them with the respect they deserve. I hope Kenneth knows how much we appreciated his professionalism and respectful attitude. Unfortunately, one great instructor wasn’t enough to make up for how the rest of the experience unfolded.

This ATV tour was a 10/10. I highly recommend this company due to their expertise, professionalism, and safety. Me and my mom were on a Carnival cruise that stopped at Curaçao 8am-4:30pm. The cruise ATV tours were full so we had to find a local tour. I was skeptical at first because it was 20 minutes from the port and I knew nothing about the country but the reviews were good so we went anyway. We talked with Leo to arrange a ride to pick us up from the port at 8:30am, take us to the meetup spot and drop us back off for 12pm. Albert and another gentleman were our tour guides. Safety was 10/10. I never felt scared or unsafe during any part of Curaçao. The views were amazing. We stopped and got to go inside a cave, drove through the desert, touched some cactus, and dipped in some clear blue water at the end. The water felt amazing and the atmosphere was just unbelievable. We were the only cruisers on the tour. The other people flew there and stayed multiple days. When I come back here, I will be doing this tour again!

This was fantastic! My husband hasn't stopped talking about it! Our guide was down to earth and very educated. The trail! Omg the trail, it was way more than what we expected it was a mix of bumpy and twist and turns an SPEED! We learned alot about the different types of Cacti and CURAÇAO. My husband loved the guides private pool lol. An we will never forget the words of our guide 'BE A SUNFLOWER AND WE ARE CHAMPIONS'

10/10 would recommend. This was one of the best excursions I’ve ever done! There was a small hiccup with my gps and they were very helpful in helping us navigate our way and very accommodating because it did make us run a little late. I would recommend this excursion to anyone. They take you through the desert where you really can ride at top speeds. The views are incredible and it really is a once in a lifetime experience!

False advertising and a complete waste of time

My husband and I booked the “Curaçao ATV Westpoint Beach Hopping & Off-Road Adventure,” and it was easily the worst excursion of our trip. First problem: the location. It is extremely hard to find. GPS does not take you to the actual entrance—you have to drive several miles further with almost no signage. There’s a tiny sign on a gate that you will miss if you blink. Even once inside, there are no clear directions. We nearly gave up and turned around. We were told to arrive early for a safety briefing, but there was no real briefing—just a poster on the wall. Once on the ATVs, we were quickly shown how to start and stop, and that was it. If you’re inexperienced, this is not reassuring at all. Now the biggest issue: this is NOT a beach hopping tour. Not even close. We didn’t visit a single beach. Not one. That alone makes this completely misleading. Before booking this excursion I checked its itinerary which included several beach stops. That was our sole purpose for picking this one (it has since been changed from the original listing). Instead, we spent most of the time riding through extremely dusty, rough terrain with no real purpose. The stops made even less sense: A cave where another group’s guide (not ours) was speaking in a language we didn’t understand, A trash-filled shoreline that was not a beach, An abandoned-looking area with no explanation, and watching a plane take off from a distance… and that was the grand finale. There was little to no communication from our guide the entire time. No context, no information, no effort to make the experience engaging or worthwhile. This felt completely disorganized and nothing like what was advertised. If you’re expecting scenic beaches and a guided experience, you will be extremely disappointed. Save your money and your time—this was not worth either. I really wish I could get a refund!

* Booked a Tour; Got Ghosted Instead. This is a $220 Scam: Changed Meeting Point Without Notice

We paid $220 for a tour we never got to take and this was entirely the fault of the operator and Viator. Our ticket explicitly stated the meeting point was Playa Forti. We arrived twenty minutes early (we were instructed to arrive at least fifteen minutes early), but no one was there. No communication, no notification, nothing. When we finally got in touch with the tour operator, we were told the meeting location had been changed without any effort to inform us. The “new” meeting point was 45 minutes away, making it completely impossible for us to get there in time. It appears they arbitrarily switched us to an East Coast tour even though we specifically booked a Westpunt tour. This was not a minor mix-up. This was a complete failure in basic logistics and customer communication. To make matters worse, Viator has been completely unresponsive except in their refusal to issue a refund, despite the fact that THEIR ticket clearly lists Playa Forti as the meeting location. We followed the instructions we were given and were effectively stranded because of their error. Charging customers for a service you fail to provide and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. This experience felt like a scam, and I would strongly caution anyone against booking through this operator or Viator.

He made us feel safe and the sites we visited were breathtakingly beautiful and unspoiled. The ATVs were extremely great quality and well maintained.. We would gladly return and take this tour again.

We had got lost we didn’t have no data when we finally seen a local he helped us get there because when we got there they guy was rude he said why didn’t you call us after we told him we have no data the local helped us and the local explained that we were lost and he used his phone to guide us to the meeting point. They did not care they said there’s nothing they can do that we are late and that we should’ve called. After explaining multiple times we had no internet just the screen shot of the address we gave the local to use. We spent 240 they would not give us refund they wanted to charge us for a rebooking fee and when we decided we will come at 2pm this was confirmed at 1:45 we explained we are 20 mins away they said okay. When we arrive for the rebooking there was no when there. When we got back to our hotel we received a what’s app message saying they left we didn’t show up after explaining that we will be there 20 they still left they had not intentions on helping g to rectify what happened and they would not give us refund and they stole 240 from us.

However, as this is a group tour, we are not always able to wait for late arrivals, as other guests who arrived on time are also part of the schedule. Horrible experience

Do not book this company. I arrived at the location and the gate was closed I had no where to go or get in. Finally someone came to let me in 3 minutes before the start time. We were 5-8 mins into the ride and another driver slammed in the back of me causing serious injuries and I went to the hospital. They will not refund my booking at all. I did not get to experience the ride at all, the accident was not at a fault to me at all and they won’t refund me. At the scene, they were more worried about the ATV of the other driver that hit me being totaled and getting the ATV on the truck. The instructor (Nito) will drive fast ahead of the group so beware of this. This is a very new company and they are not experienced at all. The customer service is horrible. I would expect more from the company to reach out as I had serious injuries and they have not handled this situation well at all.

Small group of five (5), not too may people. The tour guides were great. They took their time, stopped traffic if necessary and it was really safe. The entire tour was about 2.5 hours and the route was cool too. Never been so close to a wind tower! Great tour. Would do it again!

The experience itself for me was nice, I was the least experience and was upfront which I felt like it took away from the other riders who could really ride and came for a great time. They should consider the slower rider to the back. The tour guide were good especially the Rasta guy can't remember his name. I did wish this ride had beach time, we did stop at a spot where the sea is but not one of those bathing ones The person behind the what's up needs to do a better job he or she was a complete turn off poor customer service.

Quad tour with Wechi on the "north" side of the island. Saw some great beaches and areas I would not want to take my vehicle. The tour was fun, sometimes challenging if you have never rode a quad before (harder for non ecperienced drivers if you are doubling up). Our tour had an issue with one tourist severly damaging a quad, but Wechi handled that great and because of the delay we saw a beautiful sunset.

As a frequent traveler this was hands-down the best ATV experience I’ve had so far. Wenchy was very helpful and informative and fun. The experience itself was amazing. We got to see some of curaçao’s top beaches. The water was so clear and the weather was great. We got to see parts that you normally wouldn’t see with a traditional booking so it was great. 10 out of 10. Time wise it was about 2 and half hours so you get some time at each of the beaches!
