NOTE: No refunds will be granted for the additional passenger(s) that wont fit in the TukTuk.

- Each reservation is per (1) TukTuk Vehicle.

TukTuk was old and stalled every time it stopped. We spent more time standing still and listening the driver telling us stories rather than being shown all the beauty of Curaçao. Our initial time slot was overbooked so we agreed to be bumped to a later time. No compensation like an extra few minutes of driving or anything lease was offered. So much for us being nice and accommodating…
We did TukTuk tours before and always enjoyed them. This one however was an utter disappointment and a waste of money. I also shared my feedback with the company owner and no goodwill action of any kind was offered to somewhat take away the very bad aftertaste of this experience.
My wife firmly believes in reading reviews before booking anything so I thought to leave this one.

Our tour started outside of the security gate 2 at the Mega Pier and we saw the Tuk Tuks parked across the street. Our guide was Raymond and Everybody Loves Raymond! Very knowledgeable of Curacao history. We saw all the local art and took lots of pictures.

Our driver picked us up at the Cruise Terminal and took us to see all the tourist sights and other places of interest in Willemstad.
Great knowledge of Willemstad and very friendly.

They never showed up to pick us up for our booked/ paid for tour. We were where we were supposed to be, waited 20 minutes after time of tour, txted and called phone number to tour company with no response in that 20 minutes wait. Gave up and walked to shopping district for the day. As we left town to go back to ship, we see a Tuktuk by sidewalk and asked him. He looked at our tickets, made 2 phone calls and spoke in foreign language, apologized and said he didn’t know why the guy didn’t get us that morning but he didn’t offer to then take us on the tour. He didn’t have guests in his tuktuk at time and was soliciting for pre-paying cash costomers to ride them back to ships. We told him we were not happy and he said he understands but acted like his boss on phone call had not offered any resolution. Do not use this company or you will lose your money and have no tour.

We are extremely sorry for the unfortunate experience you went through, and if you look at 99% of the reviews regarding our service, you will notice that we treat all of our customers with the highest respect, offering our utmost in service.
We acknowledge that there was a mix-up with your tour, where the driver, mistakenly, showed up at a different docking location than that where your ship was docked, as a result, after 30 minutes before realizing his mistake, by the time he arrived at the correct location, you had understandably already left.
What you failed to mention though, is that we immediately refunded you fully for your tour.
We do apologize for this mishap and for the inconvenience this has caused you, and hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay on our island.

Tour guide was great. Very funny and informative. The big downside was it was ona big bus. We paid more than the cruise line and expected a smaller more intimate tour. Took a long time to get on and off the bus. We hated mambo beach. Too crowded and you had to pay quite a bit extra just for a lounge chair. Almost nowhere to put a beach towel on the beach. Two hours was a waste of time. Strongly recommend going to a smaller, less crowded beach.

JC showed up on time and was so knowledgeable about the area. He took us to places we never would have seen on a regular excursion. The tut-tut allowed us to go places that a bus would not and really gave us an amazing feel for the island. If you book this excursion through viator, definitely as for JC. Two thumbs up!

Jay was amazing. Very knowledgeable and when I waned to stop to take pics, he always obliged!! I think he went out of his way a couple of times to make sure that we saw every sight to be seen in the time frame that we had! I would highly recommend this to anyone!! If I am ever in Curacao again, I will definitely book this excursion again!

Jay, our tour guide/ driver gave a wonderful fact and visually filled tour of Otrobanda - a historic district of Willemstad that we have never seen before, even with numerous cruise ship visits. It's worth taking an hour or more of your time to tour the district.

Our group of 4 somehow fit into a single tuk tuk on a very hot day. The driver was very courteous & knowledgeable of the local history. The tour itself seemed quite brief & limited to only a certain neighborhood. Def a unique experience however, not worth the price .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring areas of Willemstad on the tuk tuk. Our drivers were great, took us to a lot of cool spots and offered bits of historical information along the way. We really enjoyed getting to see the area in a TukTuk and guided by Nigel - from the island, with lots of information and history. The artwork around the city is incredible. Nigel was awesome - great stories and we made several stops along the way, including a short walk through beautiful homes/murals. We traveled with another couple - and they were in a separate TukTuk, but we went to the same places. HIGHLY recommend! It's a great way to see the island and learn more about where you are visiting!

The tour guide 5 star all the way. I gave it 4 stars due to the wait time and difficulty in finding our driver. There was some definite miscommunication-but driver Nigel more than made up for it. He was so personable, knowledgeable and fun!!
Just be real sure about where you are being picked up, and the contact phone number didn't get answered.
