Was on an open-air bus without air conditioning on a hot day. We were the only ones from our cruise ship on the tour, which grouped us with others who joined the tour in the city. Major language was Pamiento, with French the second language. We were the only English speakers in the group. The guide did her best to accommodate our language needs and we were able to obtain the main highlights covered. The actual tour covered only half the allotted time (2 hours). They then dropped us off in town and we walked around on our own. We did not mind being dropped off in the town. But that meant the tour actually was just two hours rather than the four hours advertised.

This is a review, which left us shocked and disappointed. It's a shame that you wrote something contrary to what we offer. Considering all our guides speak 4 languages! which English is one of them. English is compulsory to learn from the age of 10, and we do NOT speak French on Curaçao, so there is something wrong in your review. Also our city tour is a standard tour that includes pick up from hotels and cruise lines. In case we have tourists who stay outside our pick up stop, we have meeting points which are in our city. An open bus cannot have air conditioning, but if, our tourist get hot, we offer them a mini fan. But our beautiful island is full of wind, which this is often not necessary! Our tour is specific writing that it is a 2 hour tour and 2 hours of beach. If a guest doesn’t want to go to a beach and wants to do something else instead, that’s their own decisions.

We had an amazing experience with Jaentree. We booked on a Sunday morning and was unsure if we would be confirmed. At 7:45am the next morning I received a text saying that we would be receiving a private tour, which was totally fine. Jaentree picked us up and we were off to the journey the beautiful island of Curacao. I would highly recommend this excursion; we learned so much about the history, the culture and fun side of the island.

Learning the history of curaçao and seeing the beautiful artwork each place that we visited was awesome. The distillery was also very fun. Honestly, the entire tour was pretty cool and educational.

Jeantry our tour guide was amazing! She went above and beyond ! She took us to so many spots that were not very touristy with so much history! Took us to a beautiful beach! The tour did not disappoint. Would highly recommend and request Jeantry as your guide.
