Didn’t turn up. Didn’t answer phone. Voicemail box full. Viator agent couldn’t help. I came to Cuenca especially for this. Tried to get a taxi but they could guarantee picking me up in time for my onward journey

A day later and we have heard nothing - Viator tried to contact the provider and still have not heard from them. They said it is mandatory to wait for 48-72 hours for a decision on a refund.
