⸻ Our very charismatic guide, Sergio, kept us entertained with jokes and shared lots of interesting facts about the area — definitely not a boring tour! The walk among the natural wonders was beautiful, and afterward, we joined the group for lunch at a truly delicious spot. All in all, I’d highly recommend this experience. Kudos also to our lady driver, who took us safely back to Cuenca while treating us to breathtaking views along the way!

I booked this activity without understanding the altitude. I'm terrified of heights. However, I'm glad I was unaware otherwise I would have missed out on this incredible experience. The tour guide, Sergi, was extremely understanding and accommodating to my anxiety and how to make the trip to the top and back down more tolerable. I give this experience and the tour guide a 10 out of 5 as they exceeded all expectations. Can not recommend enough... Don't miss it

Parque Natural de la Serrania de Cuenca - Enchanted City

This is a really great way to explore some of the Parque Natural de la Serrania de Cuenca with an informative guide, Sergi. It is a 3.5 hour tour, with a meeting point in Cuenca and a coach takes you up into the mountains. Plenty of opportunities to take pics and then a 1.5 hour walking tour around the enchanted city, looking at rock formations and wild life, with an interesting commentary from Segi. Drop off was at a point looking over the gorge at Cuenca and another opportunity to take some great pics, with a short walk back to the hotel. Fully recommend this tour.

Wear comfortable shoes, dress in layers and bring water. It's not strenuous, however, it's a park with manicured trails.

Cuenqueando picks you up at one point and drops you off at another point in the city and you figure out how to get to your vehicle. Not very professional.

Sin embargo, no compartimos el título de su opnión en la parte que dice "poco profesionales". NO engañamos a nadie, en la descripción del tour informamos, sin ningún género de dudas, que el tour finaliza en un punto distinto del que empieza (y citamos ambos puntos) para que el viajero lo sepa previamente, de hecho es el primer cliente que nos critica por esto. Normalmente la gente lee, y conociendo la información, decide si reserva o no. Lamentamos que no leyera la información y que su opinión de a entender que es algo que improvisamos, pues eso perjudica injustamente nuestro trabajo. No obstante hay autobús urbano de un punto al otro, y además, andando, no se tardan más de 20 minutos en llegar, todo cuesta abajo, y atravesando el precioso casco histórico de Cuenca.
