Achilleion Line:

Please note that the visit at Achilleion Palace's outdoor spaces takes about 30 minutes, so the total duration of the tour will be approx. 2 - 2.5 hours round trip
Customers who are interested in the Achilleion Line should be aware that only the outdoor spaces and the Imperial Gardens (not the museum) are open to the Achilleion Palace. The museum remains closed due to maintenance and restoration works

Achilleion Line- operating with single-decker buses (with capacity of 34 passengers), in which priority is maintained depending on guest's arrival at the departure point
When the tour is in "high season", traffic conditions may increase throughout the duration of the tour
There is no access for wheelchairs or baby strollers on the buses of the Achilleion Line
For customers who book the All Lines ticket, it's advised to use the Achilleion Line first and then the Kanoni Line
A pedestrian bridge and pathway connects bus Stop 5 (Perama) of the Achilleion Line with bus Stop 3 (Kanoni) of the Kanoni Line. Guests will need to walk 15-20 minutes
Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour. Vouchers should be redeemed at either Corfu New Port/Main Gate or the CS Corfu ticket office in the Port Terminal Building. If you wish to board at another stop, please remember to validate and have your ticket scanned at the above mentioned redemption points when you arrive at that stop
Paleokastritsa Day Tour (only included if appropriate ticket is selected): Departs at 10am. Duration: 5 hours. Departure point: Corfu New Port - Main Gate, 350 metres away from the Cruise Terminal building, just next to the City Sightseeing Corfu bus departure point. Buses on the Paleokastritsa excursion are not wheelchair accessible.
The hop-on hop-off bus ticket can be used on the same day, or the day after, the Paleokastritsa excursion

Ther team was excellent. Very good explaination on how tge experience would go. Our time was limited but we made tge best of it. Our driver was safe and assertive. Dimitra, our guide, was excellent. She spoke English and Spanish. She gave us the history and was very attentive. Definitely a great experience.

My confirmed ticket could not be scanned once I reached the Old Fort by Maria. I walk with a cane and was exhausted and very frustrated that the bar code couldn’t scan. I wasted my money on this tour. I hope to have better luck on Friday but I am considering canceling and book with someone else here in Benitses. In the past I had great experience with VIATOR I am so disappointed. I hope my birthday excursion is better than today!

In this case, we would like to clarify that your ticket was purchased through a third-party platform (Viator), and sometimes the format or activation process of these tickets can differ from direct bookings, which may affect initial scanning at certain validation points. However, this should not prevent a smooth boarding experience, and we regret the inconvenience this caused you. We will still share your feedback with the local City Sightseeing Corfu operations team so they can review the scanning process and improve coordination with third-party ticket providers to avoid similar situations in the future. Palaiokastritsa Beach and Hop On Hop Off bus tour

The add on trip to the beach at Palaiokastritsa was amazing, but didn’t leave a lot of time to explore the rest of Corfu on the hop on hop off bus. We knew that going in and were OK with it but keep it in mind if you book the beach excursion plus the HOHO Bus. Our tour guide was fantastic and we really enjoyed the beach at Palaiokastritsa. They have sunbeds available for 15€ each and it includes a 15€ food and beverage credit making the lounger essentially free if you were going to buy any food or drinks! After the beach, we returned to stop 6 on the red line and explored the old town before heading back to our cruise ship. If you are in Corfu for more than one day, this tour is a great value as the bus ticket is good for 24 hours. Overall, we really enjoyed this tour!

Poor tour - only goes to poorer spots in Corfu

We thought this would be hop on and off from the beginning. The first stop was 45 minutes to a museum and we weren’t given the option to not go. We sat outside the bus and waited the 45 minutes for the bus to leave. At the other stops, you couldn’t get on the bus because they were always full. Very frustrating.

Hop-ons are always a good bet for getting a quick overview of a place and some good views. Beware: you'll be passing a lot of overgrown trees whose branches come right into the bus. If you're on the top deck by the window, be real careful.

Called Viator operator to cancel or reschedule booking. I spoke to Corfu operator who was supposed to return with an answer to cancel or reschedule booking, but they never did. The booking was never used because my wife became ill. Thanks...Fred Evans
