The communication was lacking. We did not know our place and time of pickup until the morning of, with us messaging them and contacting viator for 2 days. The boat ride they say is 10 euros, when you get there it is 15 euros. The mountain top views at the restaurant were great and the snack was very nice. The guide was very friendly and helpful, the activities was not what was expected.

We would like to clarify that we sent a message through the Viator chat one day before the tour date informing you that your pickup time would be at 8:20 AM. We understand that communication is extremely important, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding this information.
Regarding the boat tour fee, the amount stated in the tour exclusions was €13 per person. However, during the season, local boat operators may occasionally increase their prices by €1–€2, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Our tour guide never showed up at the appointed pickup place.Another couple from Colorado were also standing with us. We waited over one hour to make contact with Travel Co the local provider. Woman claimed she had sent 2 buses at 7am and we did not show up.. First- Cruise ship did not let passengers disembark before 7.30am. Second we find out all the drivers were on strike. Thien we are told shop keepers in the Old Town also closed in solidarity with striking drivers. Next we find out it is a national Greek holiday with a 2 hour parade nearby. Fifth, another tour operator in the port called a family friend with a van to take the 5 of us on a private tour, which he did, and we had to pay $300 U>S dollars. The other two people from Colorado chose to take the on/off bus instead. I am stopping payment on my credit card for this tour that did not happen. The other tours booked with VIator went smooth and we were very happy with those results.

The tickets that we had in our possession showed meeting the guide at 8:30 am Corfu time. The operator never showed up. One of the nice tour ladies at the cruise port made a call to the tour operator, the operator said that no one showed up and left. There was a party from Chicago that was also trying to find the tour operator. So with 2 party's that were booked for the same tour and no emails sent out wondering why we all missed the tour. Seems like the tour operator had no desire to take us on this tour. Korfu was celebrating something big, like speration from Great Britain in the mid 1800's. Looks like we were left high and dry by this tour operator and Viator. Hopefully Viator will give us our money back and make sure not to use this tour operator again. As for my wife and I we may never use Viator again, all depends how they handle the bad review.

The operator made this tour better than expected by giving options for those who don’t boat or swim. The views alone are worth the adventure. The guide was knowledgeable and local, giving us the benefit of her experience on the island.

It highlighted some of the beautiful countryside. The boat ride was optional but in our case it was the best part of the tour. The stop for some traditional food was a beautiful location but the presentation of the snacks was a bit lacking in appearance and flavors

Late docking. But the lady organiser at the port was unphased- even arranged for me to stop at a chemist.
Our lady driver/guide was superb. The roads are packed and very tight bends going uphill. We saw much of interest. Some beautiful views. Highly recommend this 1/2 day. Thank you.

This was a long bus trip with a handful of moments of being let out of the bus, herded like cattle, then being told we had to get back on the the bus anytime we found something interesting.

The pretty views from the mountains were spectacular.
Trying the Greek wine, Greek snack, and Ozuo on a brief stop was pretty cool.
The bus ride was too long. 2 hours for a potty break.
Tour guide did not interact with group. Just talked.

We never got the correct time of the tour. We arrived at the terminal around 9:00 and never saw sign of the tour operator travelco. Try to reach you but no answer so after more than an hour, we gave up…. So now we would like to get a reimbursment…. Please communicate with me as soon as possible.

first all of we are sorry you had a bad experience on one of our tours. We informed you that the meeting time is after your ship's embarkation time. We have many guests from this cruise ship that date and all of them found us easily as we have our office representative inside of the building and our guides as well for meeting our cruise guests. Also we have been calling you several times with no answer and our representative met you and informed you that the tour bus waited for you but unfortunately, we couldn't keep a loaded bus full of guests waiting any longer.

We were told to be there 45 mins before hand and then waited and waited . The tour guide lied and said we wouldn't find a taxi back to the ship to make us go back on the bus. Never again

Corfu is amazing and I highly recommend going. This tour not so much. Soft spoken guide you could hear on the amplified bus but otherwise not at all. Information we could hear was monotone and disjointed. Tour was supposed to be 4 hours but was 5.5 instead. Extra time spent doing unnecessary shopping we could easily have done on our own. Meh.

This tour did not live up to the explanation of the tour.
The reason we booked the tour is so we could do the boat ride to the caves. It doesn’t even run when we took the tour. It would have been good to know as we would have booked a different tour.
The bus ride into the mountain was not relaxing.

There were several parts to this trip and all were very good although quite crowded. We started with a small boat trip along the rocky cliffs and caves which was pleasant but not outstanding. The views on the drive to and from our restaurant snack stop were amazing. Our driver was very skilled and managed the tricky roads very well. Our guide was knowledgable and efficient with managing the guests. She continued guiding the group even off the bus for the last part in the Old Town. We added lunch and a visit to the old fort before returning to our cruise ship.

The tour description is deceptive. Viator tours are usually good. This one wss way below expectations. The tour consists of a ride to the beach where you pay 10 euros a person for a boat ride to 2 caves and see interesting rock formations. The boat ride was nice.
The ear pieces were broken and no replacement was available. We could not hear anything the guide said on the way to the beach as we were seated on the back of a full bus. Only passengers on the first 3 rows heard anything she said.
I was under the impression we were getting a short tour of old town. All we did was to drive by the old castle.
I suggest you change the tour description to actually match the experience.

From start to finish, it was a mess. I had to email twice before I got a departure time. Then, all these other groups were taken to buses and then when we finally got to ours, it was 3/4 full.
The tour guide was rushing us out of the restaurant and was just not that good. The boat tour through the caves was slippery getting on and off and not a great idea for seniors.,
I liked what we visited, but not the tour.

The most interested place to see is the old fortress and church of Ajios George, but only given little time to visit (we have to purchase the admissions which is fine). The scenes are nice, but not impressed (comparing to our stops at other ports). The store visits can be reduced. (Perhaps some people like this..., but one stop should be sufficient.)

Really enjoyed this trip to Corfu. My husband walks with a cane, but he was still able to take the boat ride with the help of a lot of people. Corfu is beautiful and not to be missed.
