Ana was our tour guide. She was fantastic. During our tour, my husband and I realized we had been there before....lol...but this time was far more memorable. Ana was the perfect addition to make that possible, thank you! Definitely recommend to all!!

We were very excited for this tour! Unfortunately, it rained most of the tour, but our driver and tour guide were both awesome! Magda was great and she taught us so much about the city. We even got the olive oil she recommended. I loved how she walked us around to each site and gave the history. Since the monastery was closed, she took us to the one downtown. We were able to walk around to look for souvenirs and snacks before heading back to port. Great tour!

Old town is beautiful and full of history. There is a maze of cobblestone walkways filled with shops and restaurants. The journey to the west side is worth the 40 minute ride. I highly recommend the optional boat tour as you can see the beauty of the landscape and the color of the water is beautiful. We were able to briefly enter a few caves by boat as well. Alice was our guide and was fantastic!

We did the boat ride which was additional cost of $15. Boat wasn’t as nice as I might have thought and driver spoke little English. Scenery was fine. Overall Corfu was average, not a place I would go back to

A nice tour showing us more than just port town. Traveled to other side of Corfu where we had the option to get on a boat to see the dramatic rocky coastline. Only disappointment was no real blue grotto caves we could see, just a few small caves that you can enter by boat and back out of. Still was nice and no fault of tour guide/ operator. Lovely island and old port town to see and experience nonetheless.

Lovely visit to Paleokastritsa where we enjoyed a boat ride to explore grottoes and fish. The visit to Old Town Corfu was great but too short. We really would have liked more time there. Our guide (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We really enjoyed Mary who was courteous and informative. Finding the van from a cruise ship was easy. My problem was it was advertised as a boat and beach trip. The boat was not included which I’m OK with if it is clearly stated in the description. Also, we had 45 min at the destination and the boat tour took 40-45 min and there was a line so it really wasn’t an option. There is a little time for beach and shopping.

Thank you for your feedback and kind words about Mary. We would like to clarify that this tour has never been advertised as a boat and beach trip. We kindly suggest paying closer attention to the tour title and itinerary.
Time on the beach is limited to one hour, during which guests may choose either to take the optional boat ride or simply enjoy the beach. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do both activities due to the limited timeframe of cruise ship visits in Corfu. If you would like to spend longer at the beach, we recommend considering a trip by air instead of by cruise.

We booked this tour with high expectations, but it was a huge disappointment.
• Late start: We were told the tour would be delayed by 1–1.5 hours, but we actually left almost 2 hours late. The operator blamed ship arrival, but our ship docked on time. This was misleading.
• Wasted time: Much of the day was spent stuck in traffic or waiting. At Paleokastritsa Beach, we were told to be back on the bus at 11:30. The guide arrived 20 minutes late, leaving us sitting on the bus unnecessarily.
• False advertising: The listing promised 9 sightseeing STOPS. We only went to 3. We never saw the Old Fortress, Spianada Square, the Liston, Church of Saint Spiridon, or the Museum of Asian Art. After expressing concern to Viator afterwards, they claimed these 9 STOPS were instead only sites we were supposed to explore on our own. Yet, the advertising clearly said STOPS. Even so, it would have been impossible to see all these sites on our own with the limited amount of time the tour allowed.
• Crowds & poor planning: The delayed departure meant every stop was more crowded and rushed, the opposite of the “relaxed pace” promised in the description.
After the tour, I requested a refund. Viator offered only 10% back and then ignored further messages, despite clear evidence the tour was not delivered as advertised.
⚠️ Bottom line: This was a waste of time and money. Don’t trust Viator’s descriptions—if things go wrong, you’ll have no recourse.

1. As noted in the Additional Information section of the tour description, the tour start time printed on your ticket may differ from the actual pickup time communicated to you by email and phone in advance. We adjust tour times according to the arrival of major cruise ships (NCL, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, HAL, MSC, etc.). In this case, as we had only few bookings from Costa Cruises that morning, the schedule was adjusted in line with the arrival of NCL Epic.
2. We are unsure why you decided not to join the group on the boat trip. The optional cost is only €15, and most of our guests either take this trip or simply enjoy some free time at one of Corfu’s most beautiful beaches, which is free of charge, rather than remaining on the bus.
3. We are puzzled by your reference to “9 stops.” Kindly review the itinerary provided, as it clearly outlines the planned stops and inclusions.
4. A “relaxed pace” is not part of this tour’s description. It is a half-day program, limited by cruise ship schedules. Perhaps you were referring to relaxed time at the beach?
5. Regarding the crowds, unfortunately this is outside of our control. Corfu is one of the most popular Mediterranean destinations, and from May through October, it is naturally busy. Guests who prefer a quieter experience may wish to visit during the winter months.
6. Your refund request was respectfully declined in full accordance with Viator’s cancellation policy. All services were provided as promised, which has also been confirmed by the positive reviews from other members of your tour group.

False Information!! Received notification on where to meet the tour guide. Went to the location given. No guide/No trip. Messaged the tour company. Received a condescending email reply that I should pay better attention to directions. In the responding email, they gave me an entirely different location than they sent earlier. Total rip off. Do NOT book with this tour!!

We enjoyed the Corfu tour with a boat trip. Our guide Magda and driver Mike did a great job showing us some highlights of Corfu. We learned a lot about Corfu and only wish we had more time to explore.

Our guide, Alice, was great; she was funny, had great recommendations, great at remembering faces and names. She gave us history and backstory to everything we saw or drove by. Unfortunately a lot of people in our tour were running late on almost every stop so it ended up making us pressed for time, but we never left anyone which was appreciated. At the end we got to either explore on our own and find our way back or return after about 30 min free time and get a ride back with her. many options with this tour, to swim or boat ride, we did the boat ride (which went overtime) and no regrets but still sad we didn’t get to swim.

Kristina was a wonderful guide. She did everything to make everyone happy on the tour. Cons: Waited too long at the pier for late people, no time to really eat anywhere. Pros: the beaches, shopping in the town.

Our tour guide was lovely however, the tour was very rushed and we did not get enough time in every area to experience it properly. The blue cave tour was really great but again there was not enough time allocated to this area. All in all I feel that to get a good experience of Corfu, this is probably not the tour.

We apologize that the tour felt rushed. Having four large ships in port happens only once or twice per cruise season and usually results in paralyzed traffic and extremely crowded sights. Additionally, your ship delayed disembarkation by 45 minutes. Even though we extended the tour time, it was still challenging to cover everything at a relaxed pace as you ship didn’t extend its departure. We hope you were still able to enjoy the beauty of the island and appreciate our team’s efforts on what was a very difficult day for everyone in Corfu. Wishing you safe and pleasant travels!

Overall a beautiful trip and an amazing location; however the tour company chose to wait 25 minutes for late arriving guests at the port that cut into our time at the beach/boat trip. Due to the long lines for the boats at the beach and the short time we had at there, we opted not to do the boats, which was disappointing. The fort and old town were amazing.

We’d like to kindly clarify that, in full accordance with the tour description, the pickup window at the pier is 15 minutes, with an additional 5-minute courtesy wait for late participants. If waiting for fellow cruisers is a concern, we recommend either arriving toward the end of the pickup window or booking a private tour, which eliminates the need to wait for others.
Regarding the tour duration, please note that based on our GPS tracking records, the time spent on tour after departure from the terminal was 4 hours and 46 minutes, confirming that the itinerary was delivered as scheduled.

Our guide was great and very knowledgeable! While I usually don't love big bus tours this one was very organized. We absolutely loved the optional boat tour to the caves and would highly recommend doing it! The town was great too!

If taking your tour after peak/summer season be prepared to take 40 minute boat ride not go for a swim as cliffs/beach & Adriatic Sea not at all inviting as arrive early & still in the dark.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear about your disappointment, but you are correct—at the end of October, a boat ride can indeed be more appealing than swimming, as the water temperature is cooler.
The sunrise on the day of your tour was at 7:58 AM, so it’s unclear what you meant by "dark" when your tour arrived in Paleokastritsa at about 10:00 AM. If it was cloudy, we do apologize, but weather conditions and water temperatures are unfortunately beyond our control, even though we always strive to go the extra mile for our guests.
To fully appreciate the beauty of this gorgeous island, we highly recommend visiting during the high season when the conditions are more favorable.

Magda was our guide who shared tons of information about Corfu. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We drove about 20 minutes to our first stop at a beach. Six of the nine people on our tour chose to do the boat ride which was well worth the 15 euros per person…just have cash! After that we drove for about 45 mins to a scenic spot to view Mouse Island and then another 10 minutes into Old town. That was my favorite part. Very European quaint city with lots of great shopping. From there just a few minutes more to drop us at the cruise port. Highly recommend if you want to learn about the island and the culture.

Regarding the cost, €100 is not considered expensive by European standards for a tour led by a fully licensed, fluent English-speaking guide, with transportation in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz van, including pickup and drop-off directly at the ship. Even in popular U.S. travel destinations, you wouldn't typically pay less for such a service. Having worked in the American tourism industry for several years, I am confident in this comparison.

Our tour of Corfu was so much fun! Our guide, Mary, was amazing. She was thoughtful, kind, and attentive to everyone's needs. The boat ride was beautiful and costs only 15 euros per person. You will have time to do either the boat ride or swimming, so plan ahead. We also saw some cool sights as we drove around the island and took fantastic pictures of Mouse Island, which offers one of the best views I’ve ever seen! Old Town was great, and Mary pointed out a place with delicious gelato on our way out. We highly recommend this tour and the team!

We were fortunate to have an exceptional tour guide for this tour. She was extremely knowledgeable off the area and provided great details during our tour. The pick up time was exactly where we were supposed to get picked up, they were waiting for us when we arrived. This tour was ,value for the money and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the tour. Our air conditioned bus was very comfortable and the driver was very responsible and cautious while touring us around the beautiful city of Corfu, Greece. This was exactly like it was started. They tour operator reached out with easy cruise port pick up and off we went! We were able to see a good amount of Corfu during a short stop here. We enjoyed the beach, learned about the island and ended up with free time in the old town.
