Hiring of two e-bikes. Riding around the Oeresund. One of the bikes stopped electric support on the second last day.

Hi from ebike. When you go to Sweden we stop the service of the bikes outside the copenhagen area. I turned out that you had misplaced the battery and that is why the bikes was not working. A simple problem. Next time call me when you have an issue with power. Best Mikkel

I’m sooo happy I rented an e-bike for my visit to Copenhagen (when in Rome…) and Mikkel at e-bike rentals was the perfect choice. He was responsive, and accommodating to my experience and needs. He was friendly and professional and gave me great tips about biking through the city.
