Loved this tour. Small group and a fantastic guide who gave a great tour of Copenhagen with modern day living insights and a great history of not just Denmark but some of Scandinavia.
It was a great tour, highly recommend it. Our tour guide, Therese, provided alot of information and answered all the questions.
The starting location is very confusing and hard to find. The guide was very pleasant. It would have been helpful to have the whisper boxes as there were big crowds and was often hard to hear.
Kenneth was an excellent guide. Very knowledgable. Good English skills. You should post a photo of the meeting place statue.

Having a guide who you feel is providing inaccurate information would certainly not be a great experience, and we would have been very concerned to hear this had it been one of our guides.
We do not have a guide named Christal, or anyone with a name resembling it, on our team, so we can only wonder if there may have been a mix-up with another tour you took during your time in Copenhagen. We obviously cannot know exactly what happened here, but we wanted to clarify this as we take the accuracy of the information provided by our guides very seriously.
We are nevertheless happy to hear that, despite this experience, you found Copenhagen itself delightful. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in our city.
Kenneth was well equipped with knowledge about everything we looked at and delivered his talk well. The time went by quickly although I would have appreciated a 10 minute coffee break.
Walked all around Copenhagen. Kenneth was fantastic and really brought us to many of the highlights of the city. Would highly recommend.
This guide is oblivious to the guests. She hurried along while slower folks were left behind. She spoke directly to those who kept her pace in the front and others heard nothing .

It was an interesting tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. We walked around Copenhagen seeing some landmarks. However, just felt we missed some important landmarks.

Excellent walking tour, good pace with plenty of stops for information. You do cover a lot of ground though so you need to be able to walk easily. Kenneth was very informative and friendly. Would recommend.

Our guide was at the meeting point as scheduled together with the rest of the group, and the tour departed as planned.
Before every tour, our guide remains at the meeting point to welcome guests and give an introduction before departure. We also ask guests to contact us immediately if they have any difficulty locating the guide or the meeting point, as we’re always happy to help by phone while the tour is still at the starting location. Unfortunately, we did not receive a call or message from you, and when we tried to reach you by phone, we were unable to get through.
While we completely understand how disappointing it is to miss a tour, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund when guests do not join the tour and we are unable to establish contact before departure.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best during the rest of your travels.

Interesting things to see but absolutely no bathroom breaks in the 2.5 hours. None offered and none even at the end of the tour.

Our 2.5 hour tour is designed to cover a lot in a relatively short amount of time, so no scheduled breaks are included. This is also communicated in the itinerary available before booking.
That said, there are public restrooms available along the route as well as near the end of the tour. If you had let the guide know that you needed a restroom break, they would have been happy to accommodate this whenever possible. As our tours are limited to a maximum of 10 guests, it’s usually easy to communicate any needs during the walk.
We appreciate your feedback, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue to improve the experience for our guests.

Weather was good, though it threatened rain. Guide was knowledgeable with facts, lacking humor however. Very textbook-like. Would have loved to hear unusual or off beat tales.

It was a very informative tour. The tour guide Karoline was very knowledgeable. She was patient with us seniors walking with canes. The meeting point was hard to find for us. Even locals we asked didn’t know zinkglobal place. Would have been helpful if the meeting point was the fountain near the church.

We're sorry to hear that you found the meeting point difficult to locate. The meeting point is at the ZinkGlobal sculpture, which is the only sculpture on the square in front of the restaurant listed in the address. This is described in our joining instructions, and we always recommend guests read them carefully in advance, as following the step-by-step directions usually makes it easy to find us.
As Copenhagen is a city with many statues and sculptures, it is unfortunately quite common that even locals are not familiar with the names of all individual artworks placed around the city, which can sometimes add to the confusion.
