The tour was OK - I was shown the key tourist points of Colombo. However, it got over in 2.5 hours as against the 4.5 hours mentioned in the package.

Our driver/guide, Kavithan was so friendly and helpful. Starting from welcome drinks of coconut juice, he took us around typical sightseeing places in the city. Thanks for the hospitality!
市内の主要な観光地のほとんどを回り、少し離れたところ、例えばケラニヤ寺院なども追加料金を払えば連れて行ってくれます（私たちはお願いしませんでしたが)。ペタ市場は混沌としていて、観光客だけで行くには不安がありますが、ガイド(私たちのときはKavithan,カヴィ)が案内してくれるので安心でした。一般的な日本人からすると早歩きなので、ついていくのは少し大変かもしれませんが😉
出発時の飲み物とは別に、途中のお店(私たちの場合はレッドモスクの前)で飲み物やスナックをご馳走してくれました(ツアー代に含まれます)。なお、ガンガラーマ寺院の入場料は別料金ですのでご注意ください(失念しましたが数百ルピーです)。
このツアーに限らず、スリランカ旅行全般において、日本から海外旅行用のポケットWifiを持っていくことと、WhatsAppのアプリをインストールしておくことをお勧めします。旅行前や当日のやり取りがスムーズなので。

Viator posted 9:00 as meeting time. The day before they texted twice to say they would meet us at 8:00. We didn’t question it and we’re at the port entry at 7:45. We texted multiple times over a 45 min time period to let them know we were there and didn’t get a reply until 8:26. They said the driver was at the port entry and we said we were too and there was no Tuktuk in sight. We never found them. Later we had another tour with much better communication who came inside the port to get us. We discovered the gate we were at next to the ship was different then the one they were at. We would have had to walk about a mile to the gate they were at because they didn’t have permission to come inside as other tour operators did. This is their country. They should have known to tell us to walk a mile from the ship to another gate. They refused a refund. Do not use these people.

Hello Sir,
We are really sorry for what happened. This has never happened before in any of our tours.
Our driver was at the port entrance with the Company name board from 7.30am onwards. Unfortunately you couldn't find him. Still I agreed to the refund except the driver's charge which I have paid already. You have to request the refund from Viator Company where you made the booking.
Once again, I am extremely sorry for the unfortunate experience.
