Got to see and do alot in Colombo on our last day before airport. Was able to customize and spend more time at the veggie market. Hemsan was our guide and extremely knowledgeable and nice. Would def recommend.

This tour was the perfect introduction to Colombo on our first day in the city. Ramesh was an expert driver and efficient tour guide and managed to show us so many highlights in the brief time we had. He shared many interesting parts of his city with us with levity and humor. To top it off, we finished with dinner of the best chicken kottu roti I had on the entire trip. I definitely recommend this tour!

This experience went over our expectations. Mr Kishor was so helpful and spent so much time showing us all over Colombo we knew more that what our separate paid for city tour the next day. The tour was exciting but at all time, we felt safe. Can not recommend this to any travellers considering using a Tuk tuk here in Colombo.
Ramesh was an excellent guide with great local knowledge, knew his history and explained everything well. Due to Ramesh's local contacts he was able to expedite our access to the Lotus Tower. Would highly recommend. The tour itself covered the major tourist attractions and gave a good insight to Sri Lanka’s history.

It’s was a very interesting and informative tour. You will see all the most important and famous places and monuments in one tour. Also it’s a good option to use the local type of transport - tuk tuk. The rout was smart, the guide (Hemsan) was very polite, friendly and helpfull all the time. This Tuk Tuk tour is an excellent way to see Colombo. Very entertaining, insightful, and affordable and it comes with a friendly guide, Mr. Kumaran, who was probably the best part of the experience for me. He is easy to talk to and has a warm spirit. Colombo has a rich history and a lot of variety and this tour offers an excellent introduction. I highly recommend.

Location: Colombo, Sri Lankaarrived at the agreed pickup location on time for my tuk tuk tour. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up.
I attempted to contact the tour operator using the phone number provided and called at least 5–6 times, but no one answered. After waiting and being unable to reach anyone, I had no choice but to return to my cruise ship.
This situation represents a complete failure to deliver the paid service.
I kindly request a full refund for this booking. I can provide supporting evidence such as call logs if needed.
Please confirm receipt of this request and advise on the next steps.

Please check your previous messages on WhatsApp. We have already sent the driver’s photo and the vehicle number plate details, but it appears these were not reviewed. The pickup location details provided at the time of booking were also not checked.
You did not arrive at the location mentioned on our Viator page. We waited for one hour at the agreed meeting point, as previously informed. We have proof of this.
We have already paid the driver’s salary for this booking; therefore, we are unable to cancel the tour. If your travel agent is willing to reimburse this amount to us, we can proceed with the cancellation.

Starting with the pre-communocarion, we so appreciated hearing from the driver beforehand with the arrangements for pick-up. Importantnwhen one arrives in an unfamiliar city. Ricky was pleasant and a good communicator. He knew his history and local knowledge. Thanks for a good day!
Excellent way to see the main sights of Colombo and be part of the action. My driver/guide tailored the experience to fit my limited mobility. I appreciated the include rice and curry lunch at a small place I would never have found myself.
EXCELLENT food and come on an empty stomach! I’m salivating just thinking about how diverse and delicious all the options were. The hoppers were great, especially the coconut one! I was picked up promptly and taken to get a coconut which I had never seen an orange/yellow variety before! My guide K had the best attitude and was very patient!
Excellent Tuk Tuk tour with Sanjay who drove very carefully. We visited all the sites listed. Sanjay had very good knowledge and his English was also good . Finished off the tour with an enjoyable curry. The company were able to accommodate an earlier time at short notice.

Mr. Ramesh took great care to show us key points of interest during our Tuk Tuk tour. The tour was a great way to see Colombo using this mode of transportation. We had a great time enjoying the ride, seeing the sights, eating a fabulous dinner and learning more of the culture and history of Sri Lanka. Mr. Ramesh returned us back to our cruise ship safely.

Sanjay provided a wonderful tour. Zipping through traffic is exciting and we were able to see all the sights. Eating with the locals was a real treat .
