Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting at the airport with a personalized sign displaying your name. Vehicle & Luggage Arrangements: 1-3 passengers: Standard car (fits 1-3 regular-size suitcases) 4-9 passengers: Van (fits up to 6 regular-size suitcases) Important: If you have additional luggage or oversized items, please book a larger vehicle and inform us in advance to ensure a smooth transfer. Communication via WhatsApp made things easy and efficient. They immediately messaged me when my flight landed and we met with driver at curb quickly after luggage was collected. It turned out that we needed a driver for a day to take us to an elephant sanctuary during the trip, so we contacted the company and arranged a car and driver for a reasonable price. Again, driver was friendly and on time. Same for return trip to airport. Great all around.

A mistake apparently, but less than ideal for a night transfer.

There was no airport pick up fort me.
When telephoned was told to take a taxi.
I replied that I had prepaid for this service.
Was told that the driver could not find me, then person repeated to take a cab!

I had to send a Whatsapp message when my plane landed (which I did) and still needed to wait 15 minutes for the car to come after luggage was collected (which wasn't super quick). All in all, not bad though and all generally went as planned. It was cheap enough though, so it was still worth it.

I booked a ride to the airport a few minutes before the office closed. The confirmation I received did not have the pickup time I listed in the notes. Thought I was going to have to catch a taxi but he driver was in the lobby waiting.
