We enjoyed our day so much! Adii was a wonderful and patient guide. The stops were the perfect length and she catered the tour based on our interest. My 20 year old daughter said it's was her favorite day in Thailand so far. The only caveat I would give had nothing to do with the tour/ operators. We came in August which is the rainy season so the Pagodas were so cloudy/ foggy, you couldn't see anything, but everything else was wonderful.

We had a fantastic personalised tour with our guide Jin and driver tonic. Despite the hot weather in city , it was a cool and beautiful blue sky day up at doi Inthanon.
Jin was very friendly , knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. The waterfall was spectacular even though it was the dry season.
The gardens at the king and queen pagodas were beautiful and the interior of pagodas were Stunning yet serene.
The walk around the gardens were awesome with a cool breeze and sounds of bird life chiming in the background.
We were taken to a local Thai restaurant and had a most enjoyable lunch of fried fish with pad Thai.
The visit to local Karin village was eye opening and it was a picture of a close knit community striving to find a way to thrive economically but yet maintaining a traditional way of life of simplicity and close relationships.
We had a great day out and is highly recommended.

We opted to do a private tour up to Doi Inthanon, so we could spend the desired amount of time we preferred at each of the stops.
We loved the variety of the different places we visited. With the waterfalls and the pagodas being more impressive than we thought they were going to be and ended up being our favourite.
We enjoyed walking around the local village to get a feel of how some people chose to live. Very insightful and humbling.
Our tour guide, James, was very informative and friendly. He told us so much about the places we visited, along with Thai culture and religion and had fantastic English.
It’s a long days worth of driving, but I would say the sights were worth it.

This was perhaps the most surprising trip we did in Thailand due to the variety of experiences including waterfall, highest point in Thailand, a hill village, and pagodas. The experience was very much enhanced by the knowledge and support we received from our guide Eikzy who was extremely attentive to our needs and ensured we had a good understanding of the places visited. She also helped us by taking family photos. Great day, great experiences, and a great guide.

Jackie was such an incredible guide. He was kind & patient to answer all my questions. Very informative, spoke great English, and was a pleasure to be around. Inthanon Park was stunning, a trip to Chiang Mai isn’t complete without a visit there. I would do everything possible to request Jackie for your guide, he really made the trip special for us. The places we visited were great but our guides English was very hard to understand.

We booked a private tour.
Sasin was a lovely, great guide! Her English was very good and she gave lots of information on the Thai culture & history. The driver was very nice as well.
The pagoda’s and waterfall were , for us, the best part of the tour. I recommend shoes with a good grip for this tour as the surroundings of the waterfall are very slippery.

It was amazing. Our guide Pimpi, was friendly, fun, had a great sense of humor and was knowledgeable about the sites she took us to. She was a joy to take this tour with. All of the sites were breathtaking. I'd highly recommend this tour and our guide.

This tour left a lot to be desired especially since it was a private tour. We did not go to Sirithan waterfalls due to flooding damage or mountain trail as advertised in the tour. There was no substitution for this. The guide spoke very basic English and was difficult to understand and she did not understand our questions. She spent most of the van ride talking to the driver in their language. The tour was to be 8:30 to 4pm. We received an email the day before that tour started at 7 am and we were dropped back to the hotel by 2pm. The weather was not good and unable to see any views from mountain top. I would not waste your time booking this tour during rainy season.

The private tour was fantastic! Our guide was warm and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to enhance our tour experience. The driver was excellent and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. We couldn’t ask for a better day. I highly recommend this tour!

Boon was a wonderful guide, taking us to the highest peak in Thailand, two waterfalls, beautiful monuments, a local village for lunch - and always providing history, context and details. We loved it!
The only issues are with Viator... booking was not easy (so many back and forth messages) and they neglected to tell us it is COLD on top of the mountain - only time we needed a jacket and pants in Thailand
