Great trip! Our first stop was at Conwy, giving us a chance to spend time in the castle or explore the town. Then it was a drive into Snowdonia National Park with a stop in Betsw y Coed for lunch at a wide choice of places to eat. We then journeyed on to Caernarfon with tickets to explore the castle. All along the way, our guide gave us great background information on the area, its history, various walking trails in the area, pointing out historic sites or great views, and making stops for photos. On the return trip we made a surprise stop for a quick photo op looking out from the beach towards the Irish Sea just before sunset. It was a great day and a wonderful experience with a super guide!

Scott was our driver and tour guide (incredibly talented to do both at the same time) and we just spent the best day in Wales!! If you are looking for a way to see the sights and make memories to last a lifetime, this is the way to do it! He was more than happy to provide ample photo ops and interesting anecdotes about the unique towns and cities as we traveled. The trip culminated in a wonderful exploration of Caenarfon and we’d happily return!!!

David was great. The sites were good. Perhaps however recommend travellers grab a take away lunch at Conwy so that they could explore Betsy-E-Coed rather than spend all their tine eating lunch.

Very impressed that Mountain Goat was the only travel company does not cancel my booking due to not reaching minimum number of people. The tour went ahead although I was the only one booked. Andy was a great tour guide, warm & knowledgeable. I enjoyed the tour despite the weather wasn’t that good. Andy also volunteered to dropped me off at my Liverpool accommodation-saved me a train trip from Chester😄

We took the mountain goat tour to north wales and found it to be one of the best tours we have ever taken, one of the main reasons was the driver Andy. He was so knowledgeable about every part of the tour and what he didn't know he took time to find out. The vehicle we traveled in was as clean as you can get, we highly recommend this tour and especially if you have Andy as your driver
