Good way to see the sights of Liverpool. The weather wasn't great so we were unable to sit on the top deck. We didn't get off the bus very often, but would have had the weather been better. The driver was good and helpful

I’m very disappointed with the Liverpool City Sights bus tour service. The bus was meant to arrive at the designated stop at 19 minutes past the hour, but it never showed up. I waited until around 40 minutes past the hour before calling customer service, and I was advised to walk to the next stop.
After walking to the next stop, I experienced a further delay of about 15–20 minutes with still no sign of the bus. I called again and was told it should be with me shortly, but when I asked for a timeframe, I was informed they couldn’t provide one because the bus was already supposed to have been there.
This experience was very disorganized and extremely disappointing, especially on a hot, sunny Saturday. I ended up wasting close to an hour standing in the heat waiting for a bus that never arrived. The service was unreliable and poorly managed. I would not recommend this tour.

Me and my Wife went on this bus to look at Liverpool city centre. They have a wonderful commentary especially for my wifey Unfortunately l am Deaf and cannot understand a word what they are saying! Nevertheless we enjoy this introduction for Liverpool as it is our first time in Liverpool. I recommend this tour bus.

Easy to use and the guide was excellent. Love that it’s a 24 hour pass. Ni e you can use it one day and the next day depending on what time you bought it.

I'm sure this is a great tour, but it was canceled which was too bad because it was my last day in Liverpool. I didn't mean to leave a bad review but Viator keeps harassing me so I needed to put something in.

Trying to figure out where to hop on initially was a nightmare. While it lists the locations, the lime St train station is massively busy and the other stops did not indicate the yellow bus stop sign. Once on the bus, the driver an tour guide were wonderful and kind.

Fabulous day on the bus , all the drivers and staff were fabulous,

Bus broke down, other buses turned up but none we could get on. Checked and they said wait for 12.20 pm bus which was 30 minutes later than trip booked.

We found that the first loop of the 'Hop-on, Hop-off tour' to be an effective way to quickly sample the notable sights in Liverpool and then a great way to circle back to spend more time at those that were of interest. It was convenient and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Don’t wait at stop 5 cook street. They don’t go there!! But once I dragged my aging butt to an actual stop, the tour was good. Driver turned up the volume for me!

Enjoyable tour. Book in advance, and get on at the start of the tour at the dock. A cruise ship was in, so the queues at some of the other stops were huge.

We were so looking forward to this tour, going on all previous reviews, now maybe we got a bad tour guide I don't know, but we did not find this tour in any way informative. It felt rushed and we heard more about the long day the tour guide had done than we did about Liverpool. I would not recommend, it was a waste of money, if we had of jumped on a normal bus for £2 we would of seen as much!!

These Buses don’t stop at all the places on the schedule. We waited an hour for a bus to pick us up at stop #5! This caused us to almost be late going back to the cruise ship! The same bus that dropped us off over an hour before picked us up while 2-3 other buses passed by over 25 waiting to get picked up! Very UNSATISFACTORY! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

We were disappointed the stop locations were difficult to find and the buses were far apart. Also the last bus left at 4:00 PM. We were hoping they were going to run later.
