Allow plenty of time. The buses were spread out and we had to wait at stop 7 for over 30 minutes. Also, at 4:00 in the afternoon we were dropped at stop 1 and had to walk several blocks to get back to our ship. The driver did not tell us this was the last stop of the day. Disappointed since two in our group were walking with canes.
The tour seemed rushed. Was past the point of interest before narrative was done.

This Liverpool City Sights tour is just the right amount of tour time. Loved Jack and driver Degzy. Jack was knowledgable and fun. We would do it again. AND Liverpool is GREAT! We will be back to stay longer!
We really enjoyed the museumand their five floors of world history. We really enjoyed the Fab 4 statue and bought lots in the Fab 4 Store

Guide was great! But, Mechanical issues with the bus twice that delayed the bus and/or impacted the ride. The ramp got stuck out and a long delay to fix it. Then the audio portion stopped working half way thru.
This was an incredible tour of the city. We met our tour guide on the bus. He was fantastic. Thank you Patty. I would highly recommend taking this tour first thing in the morning. We noticed on the way back to the ship it was the recorded message about the town. Go for the live tour guide
Drivers pass you by while you wait at a designated stop. Stop attendant waved bus to go while I was approaching location. While on the bus drivers skip stops
It was a great way to see the city of Liverpool. You could get off any time you wanted or just stay on the bus. It was very convenient because they were right there at the cruise port.

We booked this for a cruise stop activity. The bus is waiting directly outside the terminal which is convenient. Liverpool is so walkable from the cruise port that the bus was not necessary. We rode one time around the route and then just got off and walked to explore.
Started ok, guide was fine, informative. Got off on stop 9, waited for 30 minutes and decided to walk to next stop. Waited again in a huge line of people buses were supposed to be running every 15 minutes they said). They oversold and didn't keep a steady schedule. Ended up with an Uber back to the dock. Missed one stop we wanted to see. Just Uber what you can't easily walk to.
Ends very early !!! Last bus finished by 16:05 but that’s only at Albert dock
THE REST IS EVEN EARLIER !!! Ridiculously early
The buses do not run frequently (every half hour or so) and there is no way to know when to expect to be picked up along the route. The route map is also not precise - in some areas you can’t tell where the bus actually stops. At one point we were twenty feet from a bus stop and we were waving for the driver to wait and he just pulled away. The city is interesting and worth visiting and it is recommended that you stay in the bus for a full cycle to familiarize yourself. It’s only 50 minutes. There are many other bus operators to consider too.
We were advised to.go to stop 3 after walking a good ways to.stop 2. Then waited 1.2 hours for a bus that had seats. Finally. I almost gave uo. Im very worried that since I bought into your bus trip in Belfast, Glasgow.

It started to rain when we got on and they had plastic top you could buy for £1! Very thoughtful.
Fantastic way to see the city and the highlights. Easy to use . Stops are very well spaced apart. I will definitely do this again if I ever return !!
The Hop On Hop Off buses are always a great experience regardless of the city you’re visiting. This was no exception. We had an awesome tour of the city with detailed information on all the sights. Humor was a big plus.
I had some difficulty finding the stop I was boarding at ( Lime street Station ) and would suggest better signposting on the ground or more precise details on the website. I was also disappointed to find I had missed the last bus, which was as early as 15.50 ( my driver of the morning, who was passing on a private hire and saw me waiting, was kind enough to let me know ) ; again, some specific information on the website as to times of first and last buses would be very welcome. On the plus side, what I experienced on the tour was excellent.

The Liverpool Sights Hop-On Hop-Off Bus was well worth the money. I got some great photos from the top deck and really enjoyed seeing the city from above.
I’d recommend bringing a waterproof jacket with a hood, just in case it rains and the lower deck is full. For safety reasons, umbrellas aren’t allowed to be opened on the top deck.
It’s also a good idea to hold on tight when the bus goes around corners. The driver did a great job handling the narrow streets and sharp turns, but you do get thrown slightly to the side when it turns quickly.
Overall, it was a fun and easy way to see Liverpool.
This is not a 24 hour ticket. Buses run only til 4pm. Had to use taxi to get back to ship. Also engine really loud in back and hard to hear guide.
Great ride, easy to find and get on from the cruise port. A great way to see most of the “must see” places in Liverpool.

Good way to see the sights of Liverpool. The weather wasn't great so we were unable to sit on the top deck. We didn't get off the bus very often, but would have had the weather been better. The driver was good and helpful
I’m very disappointed with the Liverpool City Sights bus tour service. The bus was meant to arrive at the designated stop at 19 minutes past the hour, but it never showed up. I waited until around 40 minutes past the hour before calling customer service, and I was advised to walk to the next stop.
After walking to the next stop, I experienced a further delay of about 15–20 minutes with still no sign of the bus. I called again and was told it should be with me shortly, but when I asked for a timeframe, I was informed they couldn’t provide one because the bus was already supposed to have been there.
This experience was very disorganized and extremely disappointing, especially on a hot, sunny Saturday. I ended up wasting close to an hour standing in the heat waiting for a bus that never arrived. The service was unreliable and poorly managed. I would not recommend this tour.
Me and my Wife went on this bus to look at Liverpool city centre. They have a wonderful commentary especially for my wifey Unfortunately l am Deaf and cannot understand a word what they are saying! Nevertheless we enjoy this introduction for Liverpool as it is our first time in Liverpool. I recommend this tour bus.
