We had a fantastic experience on the Liverpool, Caernarfon, Conwy Castle, Betws-y-Coed, and Snowdonia trip. Thanks to our knowledgeable and well-organized guide. The explanations were clear, engaging, and full of fascinating historical and cultural insights, from Liverpool’s rich maritime heritage to the medieval grandeur of Caernarfon and Conwy Castles, as well as the charming village of Betws-y-Coed. The Snowdonia landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, and the itinerary was well paced, allowing plenty of time to explore, take photos, and enjoy each location. Our guide was friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer questions, making the journey both informative and enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable and highly recommended tour.

You will see beautiful natural areas and interesting historical sites, but there is a lot of time spent in the van.

Great itinerary. Driver made extra stops for scenic photos. Driver knowledgeable and helpful.
Minor complaint- seat are perfect size for a thin ten year old, but narrow for a 200 lb adult.

Our travel guide was spectacular! I believe his name was Scott. He was very detailed in explaing the places we would see, would even stop or pull over to enable us to get a better view, of the mtn goats. A++

We really enjoyed this tour. The tour guide, Mark, was very insightful, funny, and pleasant. He had a lot of stories and history to share. He made the tour a very pleasant experience. The bus was for about 15 people and was very comfortable. Overall, highly recommend if you want to learn history from an expert tourguide and see wonderful historic sites and beautiful landscapes of North Wales.

Jean was our tour guide. It was rainy and cloudy in the morning but she made sure we did not miss scenic views by driving back to some good photo spots.
There are few complaints. We arrived at the train station 10-15 minutes before departure which left us no time to visit the slate museum. There’s no public toilet at the stop in Betws-y-coed and not all cafes have toilets. We ended up spending the entire time waiting in the queue for one toilet in the cafe and did not see anything. Understandably it was out of control but I would expect the tour company which provides very regular trips to this destination to have some knowledge and can better handle the situation i.e. find a toilet stop somewhere else or drop people to the public toilet across the bridge. The conversation I had with a shop employee sounded that this was not a new issue…

What a beautiful day we had in Snowdonia. Jean and Scott were great tour guides. The mountians were beautiful and the towns were lovely. Jean has a love of Wales and it shows. Here include a steam train trip, along a lake, which can take lots of photos. And we can have more time and more closer with the lake. which i found is much more time with the lake then the trip to lake district.

I had the most amazing trip from start to finish. Jean was an amazing host, very friendly and informative and liked a good bit of banter. She took us round all the hot spots and took photos for us. I was part of a relatively small group and we all got on fab. I have made some new friends right there. It was an excellent day out and was well worth the money. I would do again.

Very picturesque villages, boats in the harbor, a castle walk, and the scenery at Snowden National Park was spectacular. Our guide Jean was outstanding- good running commentary and informative. Met great people on the tour who are now friends! These small group tours are the best for that.

Los castillos son interesantes y los paisajes bonitos, sin embargo aunque la guía era muy amable, no sabía bien el camino o entrada a algunos lugares, perdimos tiempo dando vueltas. Schade wenn man sich schon sehr lange auf diese Tour freut und durch die sehr kurzfristige Absage keine Möglichkeit mehr hat eine andere Tour zu buchen weil bereits alles ausgebucht ist…. Als Entschuldigung 20% auf die nächste Tour in Liverpool…. zu den uns möglichen Terminen nichts mehr verfügbar… leider sehr enttäuscht….
