This is a brilliant experience telling the whole story of the Beatles. I thoroughly recommend the museum.
Response from Host, Nov 2025
Thank you for your kind words, Barry! We're so pleased you enjoyed your time at The Beatles Story Museum, Royal Albert Dock! 🎶

Cool place, lots of neat and historical stuff, listen to the Beatles a lot before you go! I think that helped to really enjoy everything.
Taha_S, Sep 2025
The collection is fantastic. However there were a few errors and suggestions noted:
1. A Hard Days Night album exhibition comes right at the end after Imagine even though it should have featured much earlier and the audio guide had a much earlier number.
2. Beatles exhibitions cannot end on John and Imagine. There is the absence of Now & Then which might be new but is already over 18 months old.
3. It would be nice if the exhibition could be expanded to include post Beatles careers of Paul, George and Ringo. Right now they all have only a tiny curved area each while John has Imagine and the bench. I understand that it might not be easy to get all the artefacts for the others but it can be a consideration and maybe the others or their families can be approached for contributions.

Nice museum to experience The Beatles story. Make sure to get the audio guide for the full enjoyment. Take your time while you are there.

The experience at The Beatles Story give an in depth account of John, Paul, Ringo and George early years until their break up.
yvonne_t, Aug 2025
We were so glad we went. Two and a half hours later we came away with so much history on the Beatles. Well done and well worth it.
Karen_S, Aug 2025
Lots of exhibits, and the headset and audio that guides your through the Beatles story (and exhibits) were very good. The only minus is that at times the numbered audio guides on the wall were hard to find or didn't flow in an orderly way. It was, at times, hard to match the audio with the exhibit.
Karen_B, Aug 2025
User- friendly audio guides enable you to walk around the exhibit at your own pace, stopping where you want to read/learn more.

We just purchased the tickets for the Beatle experience (NOT to be confused with the Beatles museum on Mathew street). Different locations! It’s very doable to walk down the pier area to the location of the Beatles experience. It was very informative and very well done. You get headphones with the language that you choose and you can kind of do it at your own pace. There is a line when you get there (when you purchase the tickets they ask for a time slot) we showed up a little bit before that time slot still have a line as they only let so many in at a time but not too long of a wait . We also walked down to the MATTHEW Street area where the Beatles museum, which is not included in the ticket. It is a separate facility separate charge we did not go in. . Great experience for the price! And very convenient to get to and from the ship if you’re in Port!

Lacked atmosphere. Too much talking - hardly any music. I hoped to leave singing Beatles tunes but luckily for my family, I couldn’t as I hardly heard any.
Response from Host, Aug 2025
Hi Ruth, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. If you would like to discuss your visit in further detail please reach out to our Guest Experience Team at guestexperienceteam@beatlesstory.com.

Stifling hot, minimal ventilation. It's underground and very crowded and moves at a snail's pace. Don't go if you suffer from claustrophobia. The rooms are tiny and corridors narrow.
Anouska_J, Jul 2025
One of the best attractions in Liverpool. We spent ages here! Theres so much to see and lots of interactive displays
Jane_J, Jul 2025
Excellent - very well done - I so enjoyed the Cavern replication and the individual displays of each member at the end.
Response from Host, Jul 2025
Thank you Jane. We 'Love, Love, Love' that you enjoyed your time with us and in our Cavern replica room especially. Great to hear you also enjoyed the solo rooms and the story still continues. Hope to see you back again soon.

It is tremendous. The information on all the Beatles lives and how they made their songs from a young age to when their lives slowed down
Response from Host, Jun 2025
Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed learning about the Beatles' fascinating journey.
PETER_M, May 2025
Great museum on the Albert Dock, lots of memorabilia and a mock up of the cavern club. You go round at your own pace and at the end of the main Beatles exhibits shows how the individual careers progressed .
Colleen_F, May 2025
It was good. Luckily it wasn't too crowded or it would have been hard to see everything. There is so much in smaller spaces so you really can't see it all. Very comprehensive & large amount of Beatles memorabilia, history and artifacts! Wonderful collection. Loved seeing it and remembering.
Response from Host, May 2025
Thank you, Colleen, for your thoughtful review! We're glad you enjoyed the collection and relived some wonderful Beatles memories. 😊

Excellent facility. Easy to access and very informative and enjoyable. Went early on the day and avoided the crowds.
KylieAnne_H, Apr 2025
Enjoyable self Guided tour with full a/v experience, easy to manoeuvre and great sense of being present throughout history
Glen_S, Apr 2025
The excursion was very well laid out . With the headphones you could proceed at your own pace. If I had a negative comment they never said much about when Ringo joined.
Joy_M, Apr 2025
Don't miss the audio guide. I liked the mock up of the Cavern club and the music shop . It was quite busy but lots of information
Barbara_F, Mar 2025
It was really amazing - such a collection of information and memorabilia. Now I’m trying to get that loop of Beatle tunes out of my head. The only thing that could have made it better is to include more actual video footage. I would have love to have sat down in there somewhere and watched their Ed Sullivan performance, etc..
Robert_K, Nov 2024
I didn’t find the meeting point
Nobody around the place didn’t know about the tour
No body contacted me when I didn’t show up.
Valerie_L, Sep 2024
We opted to visit this exhibit and not the Beatles Museum. We really enjoyed the self guided tour which allowed us to customize to our time allowance. It is a great informative tour of the evolution of the Beatles. After the tour, visit the café and get yourself a Beatles cappuccino. So fun!
Ian_M, Sep 2024
A great relive experience of the brilliant Beatles and their forever legacy!
I wish they offered cotton/poly or just poly tee shirts rather than 100% cotton...I would have bought some!
