After booking received no information at all for meeting time. Every attempt was made to contact the school regarding time to meet, including reaching out to Viator. In the process now of trying to get my money refunded. Do not book! No response, no surf lessons.

They screwed us over....as we were getting in the car to leave

We booked this months ago for our family of 13. I confirmed the 10:00 am time 3 days before. Then the morning of, as all 13 of us are loading up in the car, I got a message saying it was being moved to 1:30 pm. I messaged and called for over 40 minutes with no response. I would not trust this company.

We had a great surf refresher course with very nice waves. Greta is a great trainer and has given us very good advice. We would come again any time to get lessons!

I came into the lesson with limited experience. But Sam noticed where I needed improvement. And by the end, I was catching waves and riding them all by myself! Great value would definitely recommend!

This was nothing but a bummer. The tour operator barely communicated, so when he changed the plan I was unaware and my lesson started about 30 min late. The advertisement is for a 3 hour lesson with snacks, coconut water, and bottled water, but I got a 2 hour lesson with water poured from a jug that was sitting in the hot sun. I reached out to express my disappointment, and I was assured I would receive a 50% refund. After several weeks and asking several times, the company has stopped replying to me. I was in the water alongside other Viator instructors I had previously researched and spent most of my time wishing I had just booked with them as opposed to this ramshackle operation. Book with someone else.
